Ordered mobile to go and got all the way to cedar hill (where I live) and they neglected to put part of my order in my bag. Such a waste of time and money only for them to just offer “a reward” for what was missing that ultimately expires after a certain amount of time even tho I paid for said item

Came in sat down ordered food. Ice cream brought out firstafter 8 mintes. Another 5 minutes later part of our food was brought out. No drinks. No salad dressing, no ketchup. Which was all in the order. Go up to counter ask 3 times wait another 10 minutes for the rest. By the time I got everything my food was cold and ice-cream melted. Over 20 minutes later to be able to get all my order. I go to Chick-fil-A's a lot in Clarksville. This one in Springfield was the worst one I ever been too. If you want good service and food go to any other Chick-fil-A.

First time visit to this location and it was unlike any Chickfila experience I have had. Ridiculously slow, understaffed, broken soda machine and it was not even busy! I pulled up to a stagnant drivethru line 8 deep so I decided to go on inside and order but there was a line of 3 waiting so after standing 5-6 minutes I left and don’t really plan on going back to this location.
