My daughter absolutely loves this place mac and cheese chicken mashed potato bowl something like that I've never eat here but I hear that it is awesome the chicken the fries very very nice people you can dine in foods pretty quick I will be trying it myself one day

We sat and waited at the drive thru for a good amount of time. Understood since it’s the day after Christmas. The person taking our order, their card reader wasn’t working so we waited another few minutes until we were finally told to go order at the window. We get to the window and are waiting, watching all the cars around us get their food and we weren’t even looked at. We had to yell to get their attention. Didn’t get our order correct after waiting 20+ min either.

The stingiest Chick Fil A in the entire country. I asked for extra pickles and got one whole pickle slice on my sandwich. My fries were half full. The coke wasn’t even filled all the way up. These people act like each pickle and fry come out of their paycheck and do not make any effort to correct the issues when brought to their attention. Staff is rude, and tries to gaslight you when you draw attention to issues.

I love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, I get it every time. It is by far one of the best food items here. And the lemonade? I've never had such great lemonade anywhere, Chick-fil-A lemonade is the best. I don't know what about the lemonade makes it great, it is just made well I guess. The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorite because, well, come on, it is a spicy chicken sandwich. I also like that when the YMCA pool is open they serve Chick-Fil-A's spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, my experiences at Chick-Fil-A have been great, it is also one of my favorite places here in Springfield, or, at all. Definitely uo in the top 10 for me, maybe the top 5.

I really hate to leave this bad of a review, but I have to. First, I tried to reach the corporate customer service and it’s impossible to simply leave a message or feedback on the website or app to the Customer support team, so I will leave it here.
First, to the local store, my order was absolute disaster. I placed an order on the mobile app. I will comment more on that below. I pulled up, scanned the ridiculous QR code and then was the first car in the drive thru lane. The entire mobile order process is an absolute joke at Chick-fil-a! Worst app of ANY restaurant apps, by far!
After we got to the winder with 3 meal combos, 3 drinks and 2 shakes, around 6:30pm on Saturday, we sat there forever before anyone even came out. Customer after customer left on the drive thru side and the mobile order lane was backing up big time.
After more than 5 minutes, the guy came out with our order, but half of it was missing. He seems oblivious. He asked us to pull forward which I did. We had THREE meals, not 10 or 12, 3! When we finally got all of our food the fries were so salty, we could not eat them. The entire experience was pitiful.
Now, let’s talk about the app and the process of picking up a mobile order. The Chick-fil-a app is literally the worst mobile app to order from. For some reason, you think that customers are entire stupid and have no ability to order in advance or time the pick up of their orders. It is insane that you don’t start the order until the customer arrives at the store. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A MOBLE APP?? It is to order IN ADVANCE and have the food waiting on you when you arrive, like EVERY mobile app in the world other than yours! Your entire system for mobile order is broken!
Let’s not even talk about the horrible health of the foods that you sell. Loon as a Christian, our family has eaten at Chick-fil-a for decades! As we become more and more health conscious there is almost nothing on your menu that is healthy. The oils, the batter, the million Ingredients in your chicken, I could go on and on. This post is really not even about the health aspect of your foods, but our experience at this location. Was pitiful experience at this location and the mobile app!

I took my in-laws here who were visiting from Japan. It was their first fast food experience in the USA. The food was awesome, and came out really fast. The service was as friendly as ever. This is a great Chick-fil-a location! Finally, thank you for creating good memories for my in-laws, I appreciate it.

Ordered mobile to go and got all the way to cedar hill (where I live) and they neglected to put part of my order in my bag. Such a waste of time and money only for them to just offer “a reward” for what was missing that ultimately expires after a certain amount of time even tho I paid for said item
