Most time order not correct, service is really slow and quality is poor. Need to reevaluate staff choices. Having teenagers with bad attitudes and smart mouths is bad customer service. That also do not know how to manage and count money properly.
I live for the pumpkin donuts EVERY FALL... it's the only time I indulge to eat munchkins/donuts period...
Can't go wrong with a Dunkin Donuts.

First i’d like to start of by saying i don’t typically leave a review, negative or positive for any establishment. Secondly i’d like to state that i work at a local fast food restaurant in town which is why i’ve considered all aspects of the situation.On sunday May 22, 2022 i stopped at our lovely Springfield Dunkin for a coffee and a small breakfast. nothing crazy i ordered an iced coffee, a bacon avocado toast and the hash browns. As usual i was told to pull forward to wait for my food, which is totally fine i have no issue with that. I was brought my food out and what was supposed to be bacon avocado toast was just bacon and bread. I Pulled back around and explained what i had ordered and what i had received and was told to pull to the window. The girl said they didn’t have the avocado spread and i asked to have something to replace my food or a refund i didn’t care which. she said no and they don’t offer refunds. i told her i should have been informed that they didn’t have the avocado when i placed my order and she very rudely said we didn’t care enough to tell you. I said okay well i don’t want my bacon and bread and she said i had to take it. I handed it to her and drove away as she proceeded to call me inappropriate names.I called the store to speak to a manager several times and was told the manager wasn’t there. Like i said i work at a fast food establishment in town so i know a manager is always supposed to be on the job. At this point i’m not looking for my money back or for compensation of any sort, but i’d like for a manager to see this and correct the issue. Your employees are the face of your store, they should know how to be appropriate and respectful.

What has happened to Dunkin' donuts? They taste like they're frozen donuts and they're not fresh.I got one today that was jelly-filled, only one bite had jelly in it.Come on Dunkin' donuts, you can do better than this!

Love the Caramel Macchiato iced. Great coffee and the service seems faster now.
I have been here a handful of times, and not once has my order ever been correct. How hard is it to get a donut order right? Ridiculous.
Great coffee when made right. But charge way too much for their drinks, need to chill out on charging $8 for a medium iced Carmel coffee with vanilla bean.
