We had placed an order on August 1st for a charity event in Septmeber. We checked 3 days before the event to see what time we could pick up the order. Not only did they state they could not find the order, they stated they could not fulfill the order leaving us scrambling to find a replacement. Never offered any alternatives or to assist in anyway. This is the most unprofessional business we have ever dealt with and certainly will not be getting any more business from our business. Word of advice; do not order here or if you do, be prepared to have a plan B. Now looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend with this business. Wish I had read them first.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! There are plenty of other reputable bakeries to choose from who respect their customers and honor their orders.

Super bummed because I drove here during normal business hours and the door was locked. It was supposed to be my 1st time here. They are supposed to be open now at 12:30, but not even a sign on the door. Ughhh

Would give this business a zero if I could. Won't recommend this establishment to anyone I ever meet. Gena is a disrespectful, incredibly unprofessional, mean, old lady who treats her customers like garbage. I'd rather buy my "sweet treats" from Kroger or Publix than waste my time and energy here.

I will never give this place my business EVER again. I have never been so disrespected from a person and or a business in my life.As a returning customer, a month ago, I placed an order for my son's birthday party. I gave 1 months notice for this order and then the following week went in to leave a deposit and give details. I remember as if it was yesterday...I asked what time they opened and stated I would pick up my order at noon.I won't go into every single detail but they didn't have my order ready until 1:30pm. The cake was chocolate, we ordered vanilla. I requested the cake pops and dipped rice crispies to look like baseballs and maybe 5 or so looked like that. The rest were completely plain with no design. It was rushed and felt like they forgot about it since it wasn't ready. I called them out (never raised my voice and was pretty calm, just stern) since I was missing my own sons party to deal with this. She stormed around the counter to the door, opened it and yelled loudly at me to get out. After refusing to leave since i had already left a deposit, about 20 minutes later. I left with my order in tears of frustration. Never again will I be disrespected by this lady Gena again.
