Always love going to Ichiban. I am in there once every week or 2 for sushi and salad after work. I have not disliked any rolls I've tried yet. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff.

My family & I have always enjoyed eating here, but the last year, the quality of the food & service have gone down. Tonight makes the second time we have ate in the new area & both times the service has not been great, especially tonight! Our waitress forgot to bring our soup & salad & it came out seconds before our food. She had been talking to the table by us for a while & then came by & said “ did I not bring your soup & salad”? We all said NO! By the time she brought it, our food came out immediately behind it. We were also really excited about the full bar, but the drinks are way overpriced if you want top help liquor compared to anywhere else in town.

Came out of town and glad I stopped by for the lunch special on the hibachi chicken meal. Friendly staff and the table was clean. Food came out quick, and it was delicious, and a beautiful plates presentation made the icing on the cake. Honestly, it's one of the best hibachi chickens I've ever had! Shame I have to leave this area.
