Jose's Mexican Restaurant (Springfield)

Ate there for the first time recently. I was highly satisfied with everything about this place! I had enchiladas and they were quite tasty! The esthetics of this place are quite pleasing with the beautiful tables and chairs, and the place was spotless! We didn't have a long wait for our food to be served either, which was good! Our waitress was super sweat and made sure we had everything we needed before we needed anything too. Not south of the border food but like I said previously.....very tasty! Hope you give it a try today!!

Jose’s is our go to for Mexican in Springfield. The food is hot and fresh. Love the outdoor section to meet up with friends on Friday nights.

There's a lot of Mexican restaurants in Springfield. I would put this one at the top though. It's got exceptional food and a really neat environment. They did an exceptional job in the decoration and it just has an authentic Mexican feel.

Excited to have Jose's on the square! Even though I no longer live in Springfield, I visit often and Jose's in Greenbrier was always my first stop when in town. So I'm happy as can be to have this new location that's just a little bit closer to where I stay when I visit.

Jose's is hands down the BEST Mexican restaurant in all of Robertson Co and beyond!! The salsa is perfection and I have yet to find any that compares across the 3 other states that I've lived in. Seriously.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. I am obsessed with the spinach enchiladas. My husband loves the enchiladas with the green sauce. When we do order meat dishes, the meat is tender and flavorful unlike the other restaurants in the area. Jose and the manager are friendly and the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean.

Vegetarian options: Spinach enchiladas! Chili pablano as well. Rice and beans.Veggie nachos.All good options

I love this place. The service is amazing, Lillia was our server and she was great. She was so kind and playful with our toddler. The building is beautiful, there’s a bar in the back and an old safe door connecting the rooms. The bathrooms are well kept and the menu is priced affordable.

Not sure if they're understaffed or what, but it took 15 minutes to get waited on, another 15 to get our food ordered, and then after we were done eating, another 20 to get our check. What should've been an hour max, ended up being close to two.

my crunchy taco was soggy and the beef had no flavor the soft taco's alright rice was mediocer kinda pricey I could have made a better taco myself😞

Delicious food, wonderful staff. Very clean and decent parking for the area. The music was a just little loud for lunch for me, but that's probably just me showing my age.
