Clarksville location: The food and drinks here are good. I asked the person taking my order (the owner) if I could get less sweet coffee this time because it was a little too sweet for me last time (maybe I'm wrong but I thought that was a normal question) and she said something to another customer about me being "rude". I asked her if she liked the caramel cookies and she told me she couldn't tell if I was being smart or if I was being serious. I'm not sure why you would say that to my face but I was genuinely asking. This was after I tipped pretty well (as a college student who is currently unemployed). We also had to wait 20 minutes for a drink and 40 or so minutes for the cookies to bake but they were understaffed so I understand that part. Overall interesting experience.

I stopped by Kofee Broz this afternoon with my nephew and we were AMAZED with this place!! The service was fast, staff was so kind and down to earth, and the food was unmatched. We both got a house made cookie and 2 coffees. Not only was the price great, but the taste was even better. They have made lifelong customers out of us, for sure!!! Please check them out!!!

OMG! I did not expect how great this place is! Atmosphere is fun and whimsical, the coffee and dab salad was freaking amazing and I'm sorry I did not ask the owners name, but she was so very sweet and inviting.... my new favorite place!!!

Just had the most awkward experience at this place, and it’s really expensive for sub-par coffee.The awkward and humiliating part is that we ordered 2 macaroons and they gave us 6. Immediately I was like “Oh you gave us too many” she said “well I wanted to give y’all extras” and I said “Oh cool, thanks so much”Then, after waiting for 20 minutes for coffee and sampling a macaroon, the cashier comes back out and said “I only charged you for two of those” and asked us if we wanted to pay for the rest. We didn’t because we had already spent $25, so she TOOK THE BOX and put the macaroons (some that had already been touched by us) BACK INTO THE PASTRY BOX for other customers. I know the owner has responded saying they were discarded, but I witnessed them put them back into the pastry box right with all the other macaroons with my own eyes. If they were discarded, it wasn’t before being placed back in the pastry box. And honestly, if they had to be discarded anyways, they could’ve spared me the incredibly awkward experience due to their mistake.Bizarre and disgusted. Awful experience

This place was horrible. We ordered one iced coffee and one latte and it was $15. No prices displayed. We couldn't taste the coffee in it. Just pure sugar. They had no Stevia. Waste of money!!!
