Went to this location for a quick dinner both combo meals was very hot and fresh. And the young lady and young man that waited on my wife and I through the drive-thru was super nice! We will definitely be going back again for great service like that. And the price was awesome!

I came in on the 18th at 4:42 PM last for fresh fries. When I got up to the window, they handed me a bag. I tried the fries. They were soggy and cold. The manager came very disrespectful. Manager came and told me they were fresh and that she would not give me any more fries and that she demanded my money back. I had said no. Can you just please put them back in the fryer or something? So they're not cold and soggy. I then proceeded to ask for the manager's name. Respectful She told me I didn't need her name. I said, well, I'm gonna call corporate. She says we're not corporate based. So I'm going to contact tomorrow morning and try to speak to another manager. And I don't give any good compliment on this place. I do not recommend a management so far. Here they should be fired. Also, this particular manager had a child inside the store that should be against policy. Because if the child got burnt or hurt, that could be a lawsuit and a safety hazard again, I would not go there. And I will never go back there again.

The people are nice enough, but 0 effort in the food. Ask for a cheese krystal and half the cheese is under the sandwich and unrelated.

There's only a drive thru and a walk up window . When you look on the window there's nasty signs to the workers if they overload cooler they will be charged. Workers aren't friendly . I asked for extra pickles mustard and ketchup and onions pretty simple request you much better going to McDonald's for a single burger 1.29 for a 1/4 of the meat sloppy thrown together. Fries were nasty. Krystal you lost my business forever. I have always looked as Krystal's as a wanna be white castle. This location is disgusting 12.79 for 6 burgers and fries that weren't even edible..

Went today Feb 23rd 2025. Tried to get a 24 pack with cheese and 4 chiks, was told 63 dollars Mind you this is with no drinks or fries. The employee was trying to skim 20 dollars from me. Watch out buyer beware. Cancelled order. This is how u run a business straight down.

This fast food restaurant never disappoints.It's consistent.The food is ALWAYS hot(fries&burgers). The staff(all of them)are always courteous.I go weekly for both of these reasons.Management doing their job!
