I bought a sack full of krystal burgers and could literally only manage to put down 2 of em. The nastiest tasting lil things ever. I made myself eat another one before I threw the rest away.

Went today Feb 23rd 2025. Tried to get a 24 pack with cheese and 4 chiks, was told 63 dollars Mind you this is with no drinks or fries. The employee was trying to skim 20 dollars from me. Watch out buyer beware. Cancelled order. This is how u run a business straight down.

Staff is very rude act like they don't want to do anything but stand there and talk the food tastes like it's old and was not even warm I took it back and was told to deal with it I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at anytime needs to be closed down

This fast food restaurant never disappoints.It's consistent.The food is ALWAYS hot(fries&burgers). The staff(all of them)are always courteous.I go weekly for both of these reasons.Management doing their job!

Was unsure about this place due to some of the reviews but thought I would give it a try since I was in the area. Stopped in @ the drive through around 12:45 PM on a Wednesday. Time from placing an order to receiving food was slightly less than 5 minutes as there was 1 car in front of me. Ordered cheeseburgers, tots, chili cheese pups and chili cheese fries. Everything was hot and fresh and prepared properly. Had to drive almost 20 minutes to my lunch destination and food was still warm when I arrived. Total costs was less than $20. All in all, a good experience and I would not be leery about going back to this location. Note - there is no dine-in available here but there is a walk-up window and picnic-style tables available outside the building.

First time eating at this Krystal in Springfield. I guess the score is 3.7 should probably hesitate to go to this place anyways I did go ahead and give the benefit of the doubt but what I got was absolutely terrible all six of my crystal burgers without pickle, we’re basically smashed down in the box and soggy, the fries were just as bad and it switched one of my crystals all the way to the bottom of the little box I was just in shock and all of how soggy these crystals were will not be going back for sure the person took my order and my money was super nice though I just don’t know who’s back there cooking whoever it is takes no pride in their food

Nothing beats a Krystal! Little squares of delicious meat, pickle, and onion. Our location you can only drive through but after a night of too much drinking it's the only thing to make you feel better.
