It’s pizza at a cheap price. It’s not bad considering its price point. It’s great when you need several pizzas to keep a bunch of 7 year olds from melting down at a birthday party at a low price.

I ordered a well-done, double cut, extra peperoni. I got a soggy, barely cut, barely any peperoni piece of trash. Every restaurant in Springfield is awful.

Good, affordable pizza. I had a large order and they helped me carry it out to the car.

Not satisfied today! Waited 30 minutes for order, only for it to be wrong. Then the workers tried to tell me thats what I ordered. No ma'am and no sir. The one pizza that was correct got cols while waiting for my other 2 items. Finally received order at total of waiting 50 minutes.

The pizza was great and a great price for my kids Bday but the environment inside was not pleasant at all. The cashier was hard to hear when she talked and did not make eye contact when speaking to me.

Restaurantji Recommends
Has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Nothing is ever ready, nobody knows anything. It’s just kids running the store apparently.
I ordered the family meal deal, which consists of 2 large pizzas, wings, crazy bread and a 2 liter on 2-23-2025. I paid and got my reciept at 7:28pm. I was pulled up because they had to make the wings. After about 30 mins of waiting outside I went inside and the cashier inside didn't even know about my order. So in total and after going inside twice to check on my order I ended up waiting 43 minutes for my food. And after waiting all that time the only thing that was fresh was the wings. Do not recommend going here.

The last 3 times I've tried to get a pizza here and had to drive off because there's either no pizza or the window person is creepy. I miss the old days where this place had $5 hot AND ready. Ain't no way I'm coming back here

I ordered a hot and ready Classic Pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread for my kids. The guy at the counter rings me up for an extra most bestest pepperoni without telling me or asking me if that was okay. I look at my receipt as we left the store because the price was off and realized he rang me up for something I did not ask for so we went back inside . We don’t like that much pepperoni so I told him I wanted the regular classic pepperoni that I ordered, and that I don’t care about the extra dollar they charged me, we just don’t like the extra pepperoni, it’s just too much and too oily, which is why I ordered the classic in the first place. He then tells me some straight up B.S. that “our company policy is to ring people up for the extra most bestest, you can’t get a classic pepperoni unless you order on the app.” Say what??! That’s absolutely false.
So I ask if it’s just THIS stores policy because we get regular classic pepperoni hot and ready pizza ALL THE TIME at other locations without using the app…. And he says it’s “company policy at all locations”…. We aren’t from Springfield and get little Caesar’s in Clarksville and this is definitely not the “company policy”.
He then goes and gets who I assume is a manager and tells him “she doesn’t care about the dollar she just wants a classic pepperoni” and so he comes over to ask “so you want the classic pepperoni?” And I’m like, “yeah, that’s what I ordered”. And he goes and makes it. Like I said, the dollar wasn’t a big deal but a decent manager would have refunded that without me asking especially since their employee rang me up for some crap I didn’t ask for and then told me some B.S. like I’m stupid and have never been to a little Caesar’s before lol. On top of that, they put the pizza that I left the store with and OPENED to check if it was what I ordered BACK in the warmer and then gave it to someone else. I’m pretty sure that’s not supposed to happen once someone has left the store and opened the pizza box, it should not be served to an unknowing customer. Needless to say, we aren’t coming back to this Little Caesars.
