Wings were super cold and still damn near frozen on inside of the wing she told me it be 10 minutes to cook my wings 2 orders and they came out before 10 minutes also felt like i was being called a liar

We used to get pizza from here all the time with no issues. Lately (the last 2-3 months) almost every time we get hot and ready pizza, it's super thin and not cooked all the way through. It's almost like soggy cardboard or paper with pizza sauce stopped on top. Inedible to the point my kids wont even eat it and its a waste of money

They will let you spend your money on the app, and then not give you the food you paid for. They will also be extremely rude, especially the older woman. I will be getting a refund and never coming back

Ordered online. Arrived and food was not even started. Sat at drive in window 25 minutes. Staff dressed very unprofessional and personality of a wet noodle.

Pulled up this evening about 657 pm and was pleasantly surprised to find they have a drive thru. I order pepperoni puffs. $4.38. I was instructed to park in spot 1. I informed the young woman that there was someone there. She looked around. Another car was in spot 3, so she asked me to park in spot 5. Next car came and ordered. They were instructed to park in spot 2. About 710 the young man brought out two orders and delivered them to spot 2, then 3. He then returned out to give spot 1 their order. I waited several minutes and then backed up to sit in the drive thru window. After several minutes someone pulled up behind me and finally the young man said, “How can I help you?” I informed him I was waiting for the pepperoni puffs. He said, “They’re not ready yet. You’ll need to pull back into your spot.” I said, “Another car already got their order.” He then said, “They ordered before you.” I said, “One of them absolutely ordered after me. I will wait here until my order is up.” He said, “Sweetheart, you can’t do that. I can’t have you sitting in my drive thru like that.” I shrugged. I said, “I’ll wait.” He again said, “Sweetheart, you can’t sit in my drive thru. If you stay here, I will have to call the cops.” What the?!?! “Please just give me my refund please.” Without asking for my card, he handed me a receipt. I sincerely hope it was refunded. How is it that at 7 pm, they have zero items available in the warmer? Needless to say, poor customer service.

I went through the drive through and ordered Two CLASSIC PEPS a couple days ago. The lady at the window was super rude because she rang me up for extra most bestest instead of classic pizzas, So I questioned the prices and all she could say was “ Ma’Am It’s $18 and some change!” In an VERY RUDE manner.!! Excuse me? And how much is the change? That’s not the price for two classics! Online it says $6.79 for a classic. Even for two the price shouldn’t be $18 with tax included. So I drove off. I went back a couple days later (today) and was charged the same thing. In a hurry to feed the kids I just paid this time and accepted my pizzas. Opened my pizza and it didn’t have very many pepperoni’s on it. I’ve come to the conclusion that just to get their sales numbers they will automatically ring up the extra mostbestest without your knowledge and hope you don’t question the price. They absolutely do NOT have good customer service here. Will NOT go back!

It’s pizza at a cheap price. It’s not bad considering its price point. It’s great when you need several pizzas to keep a bunch of 7 year olds from melting down at a birthday party at a low price.
