The wife and I have stopped twice in the past couple of weeks and not get service. No one even bothered to acknowledge us at the counter so after several minutes we took our business across the street. Perhaps you should close the dining room and become a drive through location only.

They could definitely be a little more courteous to the people buying the food that helps pay their checks don't think I have ever heard a thank you or anything

Don't waste your time. Vanilla iced coffee was top half coffee bottom half cream most of the ice melted. Steak bagel was out of the wrapped. Manager gave a refund without a care in the world. When I asked if they don't care about standard complete silence.

they never give the me sauces when I ask for them especially. My mcchicken needs sweet and sour sauce rn, guess what I don’t have it.

It's a McDonald's but what I really am rating here is the fact the service was horrible. We did drive thru. Took forever to get acknowledged, told to pull up and pay at window one. No one at that window for a whole five minutes. Other car at window two already pulled off. We pull to window two. Girl at window two is rude about the fact we hadn't paid then said we should have waited longer. Ma'am you're lucky we didn't drive off period. I do not recommend going there in the evenings through drive thru. It's obvious their cashier's and servers are clueless.
Eta: I forgot the worst part. We got all our food but there was no straws or napkins and she practically shoved our stuff at us and slammed the window. Such bad customer service over all.

This place has changed their hours. Nobody knows what the hours are. Not open 24hours any time. Used to open Libby at 6am. Not open now.thus place needs to quit door dash. They either hate door dash, or people like me with a disability. The most rude service Ieveryvtime I pick up here. Reported to door dash. Have door dash go to 3rd window then wait every one behind you and then bring your food out after they clear the line. Never been treated like this at any other establishment. Your customer service skills are below a 1.

This place either needs more help or they need to train their employees better. So much wait time for breakfast. Everybody was complaining a couple of people were just waiting for coffee. They already had their food. Even the drive-thru customers were coming in because their orders were incomplete. I got my order, was totally somebody else's, returned it and waited some more. Do better McDonald's!

They never can get my order right and the one taking the order are normally very RUDE and disrespectful. I only go here bc my daughter likes there happy meals.

Went to get my usual cause I’m pregnant and when I get to 2nd window, she asks to see my receipt. The young lady then proceeds to hand my boyfriend back my receipt & says we don’t have your food , could you pull up to the 3rd window. Okay cool no problem. We pull up wait like five minutes and she gives us the bag. I check my bag , I got everything but my fries. So me and my boyfriend go back through the line and tell the young lady that I didn’t receive my fries. She makes and face as if we were lying. If you’re going to pull someone or a family up , you need to makes sure everything is in the bag and fresh. Pointless pulling me up when I had to go back through the line & ask for my fries. Do better

Apparently they don't like when you redeem earned rewards all at once. Ordered a couple chicken sandwiches, small fry and a couple drinks and the girls behind the counter threw a small cup at me and told her coworker no way I got 3 large drinks since I just used my points for food for my son I should be happy I got a small cup it was also free.
Hard times and people out here acting like they're better than other people is really a shame. God bless her though I pray she never has to find out what its like to have a truck on E and a family to feed and get places.

Went thru drive thru tonight order was wrong person talked over us as we ordered we told them what we ordered at the window 2 chickens then the 6 b had to wait on the 6 b order got home fries were cold and so was the mcwraps and had to walk inside to get the food we waited on after 5 vehicles behind us was thru drivethru

Raceed was extremely disrespectful & wants to ride the clock without working. Hired to cook & take orders, but he needs to clock out & go home if he is incapable of completing his job duties. This is the people that represent Mcdonalds
By far the worst McDonald's in the franchise...why can't you get your act together. I did a review for this location a year ago (not a good one) so I thought I would give them another chance. I received cold fries, warm (at best) burger, this was at 11:00 am, you would think that at the beginning of time they would have fresh food. I guess that is just too much to ask.

Just wanted to give a special shout out to Brandon, he always makes sure my meal is fresh and my daughter gets her kids meal with her ranch!!
I also want to give a special shout out to the entire store, yall are amazing. we all see your hard work and hopefully you all can be recognized!
