I placed an order through the App, received a code, and gave it to the employee at the speaker. They couldn’t find it, but I confirmed I was at the correct location (Memorial Blvd, Springfield). I was told to pull around, and when I got to the window, the App updated and said my order “hit a snag” and would be refunded.

I showed the employee, explaining all I wanted was a Coke. Instead of offering to ring it in or provide any solution, she just looked at me, whispered into her headset, and didn’t acknowledge my issue. At the next window, the employee acted hesitant to even come to me. When she finally did, I explained the situation again, only to be asked (yet again) if I was at the right location. No apology. No effort to make it right. No concern for the inconvenience. Just “I’ll look at it” and she looked away, so I commented as I pulled off that I'd contact corporate about it.

As a General Manager of another local restaurant, I can say with full confidence this level of customer service is unacceptable. Guests should never feel ignored, dismissed, or made to feel like a nuisance. Whispering in headsets, brushing off the issue, and refusing to offer solutions shows a clear lack of training, professional maturity, and most importantly, respect for the guest.

I have supported this location daily—ordering drinks on the App every day. But after this experience, I won’t be returning. I always try to support other businesses in the community, but when a team demonstrates that they don’t care about their guests, they lose that support.

This is a good McDonald's I just wonder why they have 5:00 a.m. dine-in at the door and on the internet I go there at 6:30 the doors locked you can't get in post the correct hours of people know

Worst McDonald's in the area waited 10 min to get served while all employees including manager were laughing and playing they just need to shut it down always lousy service.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I ordered 4 chicken snack wraps and they were fresh and delicious. I was worried that they wouldn't be, being the fact that they weren't busy. But that wasn't the case.

i’m gonna be honest i called twice to ask them for a happy meal box and a toy just the box and the toy itself because i ordered a breakfast meal and my toddler wanted his happy meal . so they hung up on me because they thought i was a prank caller and then they proceeded to be rude with me inside the store and in the drive thru to refuse my service because i wanted to pay for the box and the toy ? but then the food they gave me was cold and the drink was watered down so my kid actually couldn’t eat it at all . will not be coming back to this mcdonald’s . they’ve run this place in the ground . crazy that i used to work for the original owners and i know this wouldn’t be a problem if they still owned it but now they don’t care about they’re customers at all . they just care about them hours store was dirty too they also had the boxes already prepped it would’ve taken two seconds to grab a box and a toy and hand it to me . smh . yall should be ashamed .

It seems that over the past 3 to 4 months I get incorrect orders more than correct orders at the drive thru in the mornings. Today, 3/10/25, I got talked over, cut off in correcting what they heard and ignored at the window to get my food. I thanked the lady anyway and got attitude. And, OF COURSE, the food was wrong again. At least they have been consistent.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, mcdouble, and two small fries. Before I left I checked the bag there were two burgers and two small fries. Get home I have a quarter pounder only cheese. That is not what I ordered. I work hard and if I am paying for a service I expect to get correct service. Maybe if the employees at this location would stop laughing with each other when you pull up and pay attention they may get an order correct. This is not the first time this had happened. Again I am paying for a service from your business and I expect to get good service and a correct order. They were not even busy it makes no sense how they can mess it up.

worst mcdonald i’ve probably ever gone to, and it’s not just a one time thing. today at 9:40, i ordered a shamrock shake and the girl said that they didn’t have any of the mix in stock and told me to refund in the app. so i pull up to the other window to do that and a dude says that the machine broke which is nowhere near what the other girl said. and the mcdonald’s app makes it difficult to refund so that’s nice too. i’m down 5$ but atleast i know where not to go.
