Was given a coupon for a free specialty pizza when I went online to order it was only a one topping pizza. Also when I was at the counter waiting to be helped they decided to help the man standing behind me and I had to speak up and state I was picking up an order.

This is really like a 4.8. The .2 is lack of paper plates and how stupid the app is with not allowing you to substitute garlic sauce for another sauce easily within the app. The other complaint is the pizza slicer… whoever it is, because it’s consistent is messing up the perfectly 8 sliced pie! Come On, Guys! DO BETTER! Other than that, top notch service. Fix those little things and the change of sauce cups.. come onnnnn! Garlic Parmesan shakes better in the black ramekins!

The recordings you have to listen to before you can get through to an actual person is torture. And then you end up getting connected to a call center in India or Pakistan and cannot understand a word they say! For the most part I have stopped ordering from Papa John's for this very reason I would rather eat speedway pizza. You can always speak to a live person and you never get transferred to a call center in India or Pakistan. Also, the price can't be beat. Papa John's over charges for basic pizza that has not been the same since Papa John actually sold it some years back. And the staff are always rude when they have to actually take an order over the phone because of online orders, their customer service has really went downhill. I'm just all around disappointed!

8.99 for toppings with cheese and pizza sauce is crazy when you order a bowl and only get a flat layer. I opened mine and was so disappointed to even eat it. Literally only filled half the bottom of the bowl. If y’all are going to charge that much and use these big bowls then at least put more in it. Otherwise use smaller bowls for these, that way you can put a little more in them.

If I could separate the call center and the store I would. Call center 2 out of 10 guy was friendly but the lack of info and time is a big fail. My phone died right before I paid and it was a $30 dollar difference. I will for now on walk in for my order.
