It seems Shoneys here in Springfield just doesn't take as much pride in their service, their salad and breakfast bar,as well as the presentation of how appetizing their plates appear when they're served. All in all, while the food is good, it's just not as enjoyable as it once was.
Its It's pretty much what you expect. Nice, attentive, but underpaid workers. The food isn't labeled well, which was an issue when our little ones got spicy chicken that looked normal. The food was hot but isn't great because it's cheap buffet stuff. The chairs are all sticky (so gross). The price wasn't worth the visit, although the little ones eat free because they're under 2 or 3 (can't remember their specifics on that rule).
A mediocre experience, slow service and poor quality food. Menu not correct in regards to some food items, picture is sometimes completely different than what you actually get. Waitress was nice, pretty poor experience outside of that
