Today I walked into Kroger's Starbucks, in Springfield to purchase a coffee. Usually, most of the employees are friendly and courteous, but not today. There was an employee (Karen), no pun intended, who was about as rude as I've seen in a good while. She ignored my presence at the counter and only turned toward me when I called out..." is anyone working here?"—after sitting down waiting for my coffee-she just left my coffee on the counter without even notifying...
Couldn’t have been a better experience George was lovely in Starbucks Springfield so warm hearted and kind. Best hot chocolates ever as always. Will definitely keep this as my local Starbucks xx
