Used The Suters for my wedding cake and cupcakes and couldn’t have been happier

I spent $60 on a dozen custom cookies for our child’s 3rd birthday party here. We tried one when we got home with them and it tasted like flour and very clearly not baked fully. I got the rest out of the box to check them and most of them cracked in half from not being done and they had large wet doughy spots on the back. I was able to use 4 out of the 12 for the party basically just for decor because each kid that had one took one bite and then threw them in the trash. When I reached out to them with my concern they basically told me that I should of checked them before I left ( I didn’t realize I needed to check them to see if they were baked) but that they would refund me half of my payment, which I appreciated but they never did and even declined my Venmo request. I wasn’t expecting perfection but for $5/piece was at least expecting a fully baked cookie. I also would have rather been told “sorry no refund” than to be lied to. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place.

I’m so happy I found this local bakery! Their communication was great and their cakes and cookies were just what I envisioned for my daughter’s Three-esta birthday party! The cake was the perfect centerpiece and really brought it all together. I ordered a GF vanilla cake, and it was delicious! They went above and beyond to even include the topper and hand draw the cake decorations. I definitely will use this bakery for future events and celebrations.

We love Suters Sweet Treats! After some very bad experiences with other local bakeries, I couldn't recommend this one enough! We have used them for our kid's birthday parties a few times now. Very detailed work and very tasty cupcakes and cakepops!

Had a custom made cake, paid a custom price … the icing literally slid off the cake before we sang happy birthday. Went to the store 2 times to try to resolve it … they were not open during posted business hours. Felt like my text messages were ignored … they offered a discount on my next order…no thanks.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Suter’s Sweet Treats are nothing short of amazing! They definitely turned our ideas into reality for our special day! There’s no telling how many bakeries were passed by on the way to their location from Alabama but it was beyond worth it! From the cookies to the cakes the quality and taste did not disappoint, We will be continuing to use Suter’s Sweet Treats for every event and celebration in the years to come.

Suter's Sweets Treats is amazing! Custom orders of all kinds of treats for literally any occasion you can think of! They have special dietary treats as well such as keto and gluten free, how awesome is that! The treats are extremely affordable, and delicious! You'll want to visit every single week as there are new treats on the menu constantly!
