Went in for their famous Pecan Waffles-Long story short, I never got my waffle till I got up to leave. Turned it down and left. Won't be back to this W.H. anytime soon. What food my husband did get, half cooked... Bad Day... And no one was there but us...

2nd shift cook is horrible, food wasn't cooked to order as my hashbrown did not have my requested toppings. The bread on my Texas bacon lovers blt wasn't toasted but on one side on one piece of bread so it was soggy and falling apart, as I walked in to pick up the order he was rushing out of the store. I was 3rd Shift supervisor/ Rockstar Grill op for almost 4 years, this is totally unacceptable as a cook, also the woman who was sever on 3rd Shift showed no concern as she handed me the bag of food and said I think it's your an didnt even check the order.

It's a Waffle House, but it's a Waffle House that hasn't stopped being a pleasant place for breakfast with good food. The staff seem to get along both with the customers and each other, which is seemingly becoming harder to find. If you'd like a reliable breakfast choice in a comfortable setting, this is the place.

Need to cook your waffles better how you don't cook a waffle the right way baffles me because you put it on the waffle maker... Mine was not cooked all the way and was lumpy

We stopped at this Springfield TN location at 11 am. Greated when we walked in sat down. Our waitress was fantastic people person. Meal on the table super fast and food was good. Clean kitchen fast food and waitress 2 thumbs up!
