I sometimes eat at 12am, when i get the fries the are nasty.. like they have been sitting all day. They are horrible. I would not feed to my dog. They should be fresh. Whats up with the cheese too, not even melted. Do better Wendys

One of the worse Wendy’s I have visited. Went through the drive-thru, tried ordering a salad with spicy chicken instead of grilled, and they stated they aren’t allowed to swap out chicken. Excuse me, all other Wendy’s I have visited and personally worked at, have let the chicken be swapped. Also, didn’t take off the salad of my order after I said I didn’t want it, since the chicken couldn’t be swapped. Still charged me for it! Also, didn’t give me my ranch dressing. Secondly, my chicken nuggets were hard and cold. Definitely not fresh or at the standard of being in the heated container for only the recommended 1 hour time. Thirdly, didn’t ask if I just wanted the combo deal, just assumed I wanted just a sandwich. Lastly, the staff seemed distracted, not wanting to make the food, and just wanted to stand around talking to each other. Never will visit this Wendy’s again. Wendy management team you need to do better.

Everytime I go to this location to pick up a mobile order or when I order at the drive thru I ask for ketchup and never receive it, I will not come back to this location again ad they can't even follow simple directions, I was 3rd Shift Supervisor and head cook at a restaurant for 5 years, this is unacceptable, once and a while is understandable buy not everytime

I like the biscuits and gravy and it used to be prepared in a nice manner this is what it looked like this morning. Just sloppy. The food is always great but the appearance not so much.

Food was hot, fresh, and great quality. Everything was good, my only critique is that the atmosphere was a bit too loud for my preference. Lots of shouting - friendly, boisterous shouting, which was a bit over the top. Perhaps it's common at this specific location.

Since covid, the food seems to have double in price while the quality has diminished!
Went inside. Everybody busy doing what they were supposed to. This was just after 9pm. My order was ready after a few minutes. Got home and everything was in the bag. Had the chicken nuggets with sauce and fries. Nuggets were a surprise. The quality of the meat was much better than anticipated. Good job guys, I will be back!

Food was ok. The burger needs a little salt for flavor. The drink machine is nice but every drink doesn't taste right. This Wendy's drink machine is unlike any other, just off. The restaurant was clean and neat.
