Pulled up to the Drive through to order some breakfast & was ignored by the staff. White escalade in the parking lot, so I know employees are in the building. But nobody wants to answer the drive through window or say anything on the speaker. If you want to refuse service or get paid to do nothing, at least put a sign up before you waste people's time.

Ordered Whataburger Jr meal with ketchup. When I opened the burger it was swimming in ketchup. Like top came off and it dumped out. The wrapper was full of ketchup. I couldn’t even eat it had to throw it away. Why would you even give this to a consumer??? Shame on you.

First time at the Springfield location! The food was great, lobby was pleasant and clean, and the staff was friendly! I’m not understanding the negative reviews of this location and I get everyone has their own experience but Springfield has moved to our top Whataburger location!

I finally decided to pull in and get something. I see they serve breakfast all day, which is what I should have got since last time I had whataburger years ago, it was breakfast.
I got thr new Bacon Blaze burger. For one, the burger is ten (10) dollars and the meal is 15!! What the heck. I should have drove away from the window right then, but no, I decided to get the thing. I did not finish it. I maybe forced myself to eat half because I spent 15 dollars on it.
Just woke up 4 hours later violently ill. Stomach turning, very nauseated. Just miserable. The only redeeming quality is the young gal at the drive thru was super nice and sweet. Oh wait, also the onion rings were fresh and good. That's about it.
Goodish food. Not sure what the hype is about. I think their burger is like a Sonic burger but only a little slower to arrive. I was the only one in line at the drive thru and the order took 10 minutes and it was around 1pm. Fries were excellent and had a good crunch to them. The attendant was helpful and cordial.

The food is really good I wouldn't do the fries, the onion rings are probably the best ,my only problem is every time I've ordered here I've had to send it back because they messed it up, they do make it right and fix it but I shouldn't have to send an order back. So I want back on 11-22-24 and tried there breakfast, and it was a mistake. I had the honey butter chicken biscuit and my son had the pancake and bacon. The biscuit bottom was over cooked and inedible and the chicken was just two dry chicken strips. My son's pancake did not come with butter or syrup and so he did not eat them.

First time for me I now see why they call it Whataburger! I ordered the #1meal big bun the meat actually covered the bun a generous amount of fries unlike there competitors. Very pleased keep up the great work!
