Stopped for the first time today. They were out of ribs. That why I rated 3 stars. Haven't got to taste anything. Had my heart set on ribs. May stop in again sometime.

I don't like to do this for a mom and pop place, but we went with our family of 5 on a Saturday and two of us got incredibly sick. We spent $60+ tip for all of us. No one else got sick and the common denominator was the loaded chicken nachos. This may normally be a great place for locals and they just had a really off day.

Happy the chic fil a was closed at Carson-Newman was closed! Ended up going to patches bbq and it was amazing! Best mac and cheese I've ever had I think! Awesome candles for sale there too. Would recommened it to anyone in the area!
The food is horrible potato salad was runny cabbage was tasteless cheese curds tasted like they were battered in straight salt..the food is very expensive I have went twice the first time I wrote it off to a bad day the second time was my last.. other than the food young girl that works the register is super nice and very good at her job the older lady is very hateful and rude.. just a shame to pay $30 for a meal and two drinks and it be that bad.

You would pass by this place if you didn't know.Food was amazing, I could have eaten a second sandwich so easily.We ordered Big Beefy w/ baked beans; pulled pork sandwich w/mac&cheese; kids grilled cheese; kids sliders. Everything was great, even my daughter's grilled cheese was seasoned and tasted like something I'd make.The brisket on the Big beefy can totally be eaten without sauce, I added some just to round it out, the smoke on it is perfect.The Mac &cheese was creamy with a hint of smoke, really well made and balanced.The pulled pork was juicy and tender, again could stand on its own, but the sauce accentuated it.Everything was seasoned so well, really shows they're paying attention and care how it comes out.Also picked up a couple carrot cupcakes and peach cobblers, Absolutely worth it!

This quaint BBQ restaurant is excellent! A couple went with us - all four are more than pleased - it was delightful. We try most every new BBQ place; this is the best in 40+ years. If you have tasted old-fashioned BBQ (meaning smoked long & slow and not over direct heat), immediately you will know... and smile. The two sides (baked beans & potato salad) were great as was the BBQ Chicken Nachos (choice of meats). The portions were large. I say it is a must visit.

We love Patches BBQ! My personal favorites are the deviled eggs, the twisted pig and the smoked/fried bologna. My husband and I are on a keto diet and, without the bread/buns, this works perfectly for us. My stepson, Sean, is not on the diet, so he enjoys the Big Beefy and a homemade cobbler. This time it was peach! He said it was delicious!

We ordered lunch from the Rutledge pike location. My chicken liver meal was $12. That would've been okay however I only got 4 pieces of chicken liver with it. One of the pieces were a good size but the other three were tiny. Not good portion sizes for the price. Also they told us 20 minutes but it took 45. Telling customers the correct pickup time is imperative at lunch time. My coworker waited for nearly 30 minutes after arriving to pick it up. We won't get lunch there again.

The Pulled Pork sandwich was ok needed to have more smoky flavor,Cole Slaw needed more vinegar it was bland ,Baked beans tasted like it came straight out of the can no smoky flavor at all.Greens needed maybe some bacon grease.Parking: It's ok
