Bud’s is the best! The friendliest service and the best fried fish ever. My order is almost always the fish fingers and a cup of their bean soup because both are the chef’s kiss. Their open faced roast beef special on Thursday is killer too, as is their Carolina Burger. Wonderful all around, this place!

Great little hidden gem filled with good ol' regulars and newbies stopping in for a cold one. It is beer only but they're always cold. They don't have food but there's usually a table with free snacks for the taking. Carolyn, Kathy and Kelly are always happy to see ya and serve up a smile and a beer. Don't let the outside fool you, stop and see for yourself. Tell them Mustache Mike sent you!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian beer????

Dietary restrictions: Dietary beer??? Oh yeah, Miller lite, Bud light and Coors light.

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar. Probably not but if you did, they would be friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely, use the back door right off of the parking lot.

Seems to be very local people not friendly to outsiders, not very welcoming and I am a good tipper and a friendly person but was treated like N interloper so I didn't stay long!

I talked about buds fondly for the last 20 years, for the next 20 I won’t….The older woman with the short blonde/ white hair gets the worst bartender of the century award! She was beyond RUDE! I was back in sweetwater for the first time in 21 years with my husband and 2 kids. I drove past buds 3 times as we drove around Sw to show them things I remembered, where I lived, memories etc. after supper we planned to go back to buds for a cold beer. There were still 10 people out back dressed in orange tailgating for the game. I walked in and said can I order 2 beers and we just stand out back w our family and have them I haven’t been here in 20 years we are just here for tonight, last time I was here Monty was the bar tender etc.etc. I was greeted with no, no, no, “ they are done out back “ so rude, & unkind. Really disappointed I didn’t get to enjoy a cold beer at buds 20 years later with my husband.

The female that runs it is rude and jealous

Great little hole in the wall bar. Only serves beer. Would be really nice if they got the air cleaner working. It is hard to handle all the cigarette smoke, but with a lack of places to choose from, we deal with it. They have a dart board and a pool table.
