Poor customer service iced coffee hot not cold got a Red Bull infusion they said it was not supposed to be frozen but it came out frozen.

-super skinny!
But unless you know you don't see it. Their customer service is awesome and their seasonal flavors are really good to try. I use their app to get points for free drinks

I had never heard of Scooters before and we had just moved to TN. This place is great!! The girls have been great every time and are so bubbly when you order. Just a suggestion - tip these girls when you purchase. Standing on their feet all day, they really do work hard all day. Just MPO. Great coffee, and oh, the best chocolate chip cookies!!

Needs a walk up window
So sweetwater scooters is AWEFUL.!. I ordered my coffee on line , get to the window they don't find it charge me again for coffee . Then looked on my confirmation on the phone , tells me again they don't see where it was ordered on the app. Charge me again , did it without scanning my app.code to get points. Then tells me to have a nice day . And they will refund they app money as soon as they figure out what happened to the online order!! In other words, they aren't going to worry with it, I pay 2 times for 1 order , we sorry have a nice day.
