By far the best breakfast in town. Tazewell could use double drive thru like Harrogate just got. I'm from Maynardville and drive through to take care of my parents multiple times a week. I pass about 4 Hardee's on my way. Even though I wait for Maynardville, I have to say I hit Tazewell for dinner sometimes and MAN ALIVE it is some good charbroiled burgers. I grew up on Hardee's so I'm so glad it's coming back around! Great job to whoever is turning this brand around.

I dnt eat here just because I dnt like how its fixed. Just my preference but I went thru the drive thru with a friend because they do eat here. He always orders on cell to have it ready. That makes no difference. We always wait and almost always they get his order wrong. He gets so mad. Its same as McDonald's with the noise. Its so loud they cnt here you or you cnt them when placing orders. Its always backed up as well at drive thru so if you park and go in you cnt get out. McDonald's is the same. The red-light and road to hospital makes that area just a death trap and hard to get in and out to those restaurants. When he order those curly fries they arent crispy anymore. They are very, very soggy.

Spent 20 minutes no exaggeration in the drive thru. Had 3 cars (ours included) waiting for food ahead of the second window. Wife went in and got a refund. Pitiful excuse for a Hardee’s

Ordered a double in the drive thru during lunch break. They charged me for a double. I later find out they gave me a single. I know they’d probably say I have to bring the sandwich back, but I don’t have time on my lunch break to go back to get the sandwich I ordered. Had to eat the single sandwich so I wasn’t hungry during work.

6pm 8/8/2025.. placed an order at the drive thru, took at least 15 minutes to get 3 cars ahead of me with small orders, no cars in the lot, get to the window, missing fries, wasn't rung up as a meal, and the smell coming out the drive thru window was that of a dirty urinal that didn't have a breath mint.. It's just as slow inside burgers, fries are cold.. I don't gettit.. the smell was particularly overwhelming at the drive thru.. makes you wonder who's doing what where when Noone is looking.. disgusting..

Spent the weekend in Tazewell visiting family and this location was a well oiled machine. Friendly employees orders prepared fast and accurate. I visited 4 times in 3 days. They never disappointed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.👍
