I'm not sure about all the other Hardee's but my local Hardee's is amazing they are always so nice and considerate. I'm a regular customer there mostly at breakfast time and and that particular shift does an exceptional job. If for some reason my order is missing something or not right I just go tell someone and they get it right immediately. They are super busy in the morning but the lady manager (not sure of her name only that she is dayshift manger) usually finds time to greet and speak to all the customers. She is an amazing manager and so sweet and friendly. Great job Hardee's in Tazewell TN!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on left side specifically for wheel chairs and elderly or handicapped people.

Clean lobby and restrooms. The food was horrible. The fries were cold. I ordered a chicken BLT. They put two chicken fingers instead of the handbreaded breast theats advertised. They also put green tomatoes and white lettuce on the sandwich.

Biscuits was flat and hard and when can you not get tomatoes with your breakfast ... 1.00 for slice of tomatoes and then don't get it... and they said only charge for them because its not lunch time...

This location is one of my favorites! Everything is always fresh and the service can't be beat. The Frisco Burger is the best! And I love the eating area on the side with the tables and benches. It's nice for eating outside when the weather permits.Parking: They have 3 separate entrances into the parking lot which makes it easiest to enter and exit.
