I originally left a negative review because the egg was left off of my bacon egg and cheese bagel. I went back today, to give the place another try. I placed my order and then the manager came out of the back to berate me for the feedback I left online. He was even cussing at me in front of other customers and his staff. This was extremely rude, disrespectful and unnecessary. Instead of taking criticism as an opportunity to improve, The owner chose to personally attack a customer. This was very disappointing and I won't go back.

This is a decent donut shop but they have no prices on anything so hard to make a decision. They also don’t have a real menu so you really don’t know what they offer unless you have been there often and ask alot of questions. (You wouldn’t know this but they do sell a large glass of ice cold milk for about $1.60-so worth it!). They have smoothies that look good but only a little note about having them, no size or price information, hard to order.
They are missing huge opportunities to sell and upsell because of the way they are set up.
I don’t think I will go back because of this.
Get someone in charge of the Facebook page to help people out with information and I think the sales will increase.

Absolutely wonderful!! I had a baby shower and purchased 4 dozen and the only stipulation was having at least one lemon filled in each box, but other than that assorted. They went above and beyond and did 3 lemon filled in each box, also they tasted wonderful!! The young lady that took the order was the same one that helped me out the morning I picked them up, and she was so helpful! She helped me by taking them out to the car for me. I am just so grateful for the overall wonderful service, and highly recommended them!

I’m new to Tennessee but I been seeing this place for a while and decided to go this morning to try it and I’m not disappointed i recommend coming to this place I got a bagel a donut and a small iced coffee for $7 its was worth it

OMG!!! Where do I begin. Customer service is a 10/10. The food is incredible and their donuts are even better and always fresh. If you stop by try one of there smoothies they are so delicious. I promise you will love this place. We stop here every morning for breakfast food a donut and smoothie or ice coffee. They got you covered. Best donuts in town by far.
