They never get my order rt. You have to ask for fries to be made to oder just to get them warm. That's just insane you have to ask a restaurant to actually hear your food that shld be done to begin with.

i get mcdonald’s iced coffee everyday before i go to work… this time i found pieces of plastic and a fly in my drink. the workers were always nice but now???? doesn’t look like we’ll be coming back…

It was fine until I got the wrong order and when I took my order back up front to have it charged the manager was rude and hateful when she pushed the right order in my hand we will not be back and I will let all my family and friends know of my experience
I got my husband a double quarter pounder minus ketchup. He is highly allergic to to tomatoes. The manager, CEO contacted me and offered his apologies and said he would send free meal cards. It has been greater than 2 months and I have not received a coupon. It is not about the free food, it’s about doing what one says. These people need to know that we aren’t being picky, it’s an allergy. Furthermore don’t offer coupons if you have no intention to fulfill your promise. The owner is clearly not an honest man. I love how when you order the food it could be what ya ordered or something else it's kind of a game each time .it could be something in the bag that's worth More than you paid for or could be less.if your looking to add some excitement with your morning breakfast I highly recommend McDonald's
