It was fine until I got the wrong order and when I took my order back up front to have it charged the manager was rude and hateful when she pushed the right order in my hand we will not be back and I will let all my family and friends know of my experience

I love how when you order the food it could be what ya ordered or something else it's kind of a game each time .it could be something in the bag that's worth More than you paid for or could be less.if your looking to add some excitement with your morning breakfast I highly recommend McDonald's

Most of these stores are in bad neighborhoods. The food is plastic and poorly made. The order is always wrong and the staff doesn't care. I would ban them from the entire US if I could.

Posted hours for the lobby are 4am Saturday, arrived at 6:38am and all the doors are locked. Called in and told the manager that posted hours state that the lobby should be open, he argued and said âhe doesnât have enough people to open the lobby.â As a paying customer, I should be able to go in and use the restroom and enjoy my meal in the warmth of the restaurant. If I left my business closed when I donât have enough people, I would never open, but instead we are grownups and work like weâre supposed to.
Make sure to check your bag they always leave food out

So happy to be back home in East TN after 3yrs out of state! Finally good customer service and an ice cream machine & coffee machine that people actually USE! people in MS were too lazy they'd say it's fine & then after our meal when we'd go order either an ice cream or mocha magically their broken suddenly.
