I love how when you order the food it could be what ya ordered or something else it's kind of a game each time .it could be something in the bag that's worth More than you paid for or could be less.if your looking to add some excitement with your morning breakfast I highly recommend McDonald's

So happy to be back home in East TN after 3yrs out of state! Finally good customer service and an ice cream machine & coffee machine that people actually USE! people in MS were too lazy they'd say it's fine & then after our meal when we'd go order either an ice cream or mocha magically their broken suddenly.

I had to change my review. Its still a place to grab a bite to eat. But they have 1 employee that works the front counter that is heavy set. She is mean, rude and vail. I have watch her yell at 80 year old men over a order. This is wrong and disrespectful. I dont understand why the management hasn't gotten rid of her. I think the owners should know about this employee and do something... Shame shame on mcdonald's for allowing this
