Me and my husband decided to try old town Grill again after a year or so of not eating there. We ordered two meals of a 12 ounce ribeye, baked potato and salad when we received our meal our bread was cold. Didn’t even melt the butter we had . we were not sure if what we ate was a ribeye , it didn’t have a taste except for a lot of seasoning and was so tough. I left over half of it in my plate and our meals was $55 for the most nastiest steak I’ve ever ate so don’t go to old town Grill for a steak..

I've had a good amount off the menu between me and my friends, and we have been pleasantly surprised by all of them. Stuff I've had other places many times. I've never had food this good. Also, the servers have been very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere and music are great.

WOW. First time we have eaten here. Nice atmosphere. Very clean. I wish I knew the hostess name. Very friendly and professional. Our server was Autumn. Excellent service. Food was wonderful. We had a ribeye cooked perfectly with a Cesar salad bread and loaded mashed potatoes. Everything delicious. My daughter and I really enjoyed our evening. Thank you again. Will definitely return.

We stopped in to have a nice meal. We had some wings which were a bit dried out and needed more sauce also. The other foods were all good. The dry wings cost a star on the rating.

Came in as a party of 5. The next 2 groups of people were also a party of 5 and the hostess acted like it was an inconvenience that they got 3 parties of 5 at one time. We waited aprx 15 min to be seated then once seated about another 15 to order, after ordering we received our food about 40 min later. Our appetizer was nothing like described on the menu but we just carried on and didn't mind to much. Our food arrived and mine was basically a few degrees above frozen, I instantly spit it in the napkin and told my waitress and she takes it to the back and returns with the same food on the same plate just microwaved! I couldn't force myself to even try it. What a terrible experience. They acted like it was terrible when I told them to take my meal off because I was not eating microwaved food.

Old Town Grill has been around for long time but never have I eaten there till my wife took me .. always like setting over on the bar side were they have 3 big TV were you could probably watch what ever you like .. good music good service and very good food ,, my favorite Buffalo chicken wrap, fried cheese , beer cheese and soft pretzels .. it's all good.. now were else in Tazewell Tennessee

I came here last night with my family, we were seated immediately and not informed of any wait time. We were never offered bread for the table, we had to ask for some after the table behind us received theirs immediately after their arrival, I waited over 45 mins for a drink from the bar. I had to ask my waiter for the drink after waiting patiently she then said she forgot? We ordered regular drinks for the rest of the family my boy friend was given a child’s cup, and my 4 year old daughter was given a glass cup? The bathroom was HORRIBLE!!! I had to hold it for the entire experience ? The appetizers came out , on time and were pretty good, so we were trying to look past everything and enjoy the night out. We continued to wait for and hour before having to flag our waiter down to ask what is going on. Our waiter never stopped over to ask how things were going and to see if we needed anything. Which we did I asked for additional sauces when the appetizers came out and never received them. We also were never offered a single drink refill. I spoke with the manager who took $8 off a $130 dollar bill which is laughable. Still we waited about 25 more minutes before our food finally came out and it was not that great. We got out to go boxes immediately after having been there almost 2 hours we were ready to go! I spoke with management after the family went to the car to discuss the entire experience from start to finish. She gave a un sincere apology, and just said she hopes that they can do better the next time we come? We will NEVER be back. Which is sad because we were excited to have a good night out and to try this place . Take your money somewhere else!!!!

We had a great meal and a great experience here for lunch. Our server, Olivia, was awesome. She offered us bread but we declined, knowing we would fill up on it. The iced tea was brewed and awesome. I got the catfish lunch and substituted the potato cakes for the fries. I added a side of coleslaw. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. My husband got the Barbecue Lunch sandwich with sweet potato fries. He said the barbecue was just ok. The fries were good though. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of tables.
Food was good. Service is so terribly slow. They have GOT to work on that if they want to survive.

Had to send my food back not once not twice not three times not four times but 5 times. The chicken and Medium rare steak came out so burned it was shocking. The spinach dip was cold the chips were burned on one side and white on the other making them so waxy that that would choke u to swallow them. Asked to speak to mgr and he said he tried the chips and they were fine.. I beg to differ. If he's paying for them then I suppose burned on one side and raw on the other could work for him. This was just such of let down from the countless times we have eaten here. I do not recommend.
