Take my advice keep driving about 20 minutes to Middlesboro, KY you will get some descent Taco Bell food they absolutely don’t care in Tazewell they are never consistent with their menu items I mean one Taco Bell is another Taco Bell but not here there is either to much sauce, not enough they either stack the taco full or your just eating shell, nothing is ever toasted it’s just horrible choice to eat in Tazewell, do Don’t do it!

Worst service tonight at the Taco Bell in Tazewell. Let me start out by saying I’m not one to go back to a restaurant over being dissatisfied with the food but this was on another level. Went through the drive through and got two cantina chicken tacos. Drove down the road and pulled over to eat. Opened the first one and it was very lackluster. Hardly any chicken. I’m annoyed but whatever. I ate it and moved on to the second one. Opened it up and the shell was literally in pieces and it had less chicken than the first one. I couldn’t even pick it up to attempt to eat it. So of course I had to drive back to Taco Bell to have them remake it. Tried to go in first but they had the lobby locked. So I pull back around the drive through straight to the window and start explaining the situation and showing her the crushed up taco and she immediately seems to get annoyed with me and tells me she can’t take the food back through the window. Okay I wasn’t asking you to. I’m just trying to show you how insane it is that whoever prepared this thought it was okay to send it out like that. So she yells back to the kitchen for the remake. She hands me the new one and then says “next time this happens stop at the box” LIKE IM THE ONE WHO HAS INCONVENIENCED THEM! There was no apology towards me or acknowledgment what so ever of them screwing up! That little girl working the window needs to work on her customer service big time! Or maybe move to the kitchen where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Maybe her and the person who sent out a dismantled taco should switch positions. And there shouldn’t even be a next time because it’s ridiculous it happened in the first place!! So no I will come straight to the window again if this happens and NEXT TIME you all can just give me my money back. Do better.
