When you go in you’re standing there for 45 minutes waiting most of the time. If you order DoorDash they wave out half of the order. I have only talked to 2 employees there that weren’t completely rude. It’s nice having something different around here but it’s not even worth it anymore.

Wendy's food is always great. They have a good atmosphere and the employees are very friendly and courteous. One of the managers, Chasity, always goes above and beyond to make the customers are satisfied and feel welcome.

The burgers tend to be on the dry side, and the frys are usually ether soggy or just about cold, and the drive thru is always very slow.
Ordered a ceaser salad and didnt get dressing or croutons. Ordered bbq and ghost pepper ranch didnt get them. Not one straw or spoon with 4 frostys and a drink. I inderstand mistakes happen but that many in one order should not.

This locations staff is unprofessional, rude , and undertrained. I followed instructions on the app and gave them my order name(for example X.X.Mobile). Instead of asking for it again or for my name they said we have mobile orders for and proceeded to list some names. I replied with "yeah my app said x.x.Mobile" the told me to pull forward and gave me a receipt for X.Z.mobile. I told them this was the wrong order and the person working the window got his manager. She told me I said my name was B(B being the last name they stated at the speaker). I wasn't willing to argue over something so small so I switched receipts. Before I could pull up I heard her tell the other employee to set the other person's food to the side because they will be here eventually and then her and the employee working the window begin gaslighting me saying I said my name was B even though I never stated my name just the order number.Next time you want free food pull up to Wendy's in tazewell and say you have a mobile order and after the list some names just pick one it may be cold but it will be free.

Went there twice every time my husband and I went through the drive through. same girl she was rude the last time we went they were supposed to be having a sale going on the Dave singles hamburgers. they costed use $24 for 4 Dave singles supposed to be only 3 dollars a piece. that would only cost $12 plus tax maybe $13. my husband asked the girl politely about the deal we thought they still had going showed on the window. she was rude twice to use it was the way she said no in a rude way. instead of saying I'm sorry we don't have that deal going anymore. she was rude it was around the 3rd or 4th day of October 2023 after 12:00. I will not be going there anymore do to The rudeness and price gouging. Always be polite to people not good for business. if you're rude to your customers and robbing your customers. You will lose business. those of you talking good about this Wendy's in new Tazewell. eather you work there or have a family member working there. this place is horrible I don't like talking bad about any restaurants. but between getting robbed twice and the first time. when I got the Chilli cheese fries that was dry. and then a month after getting the Dave singles. worst ever not going anymore I'd rather go to MicDonald's. Middlesbro Wendy's is amazing but this Wendy's in new Tazewell tn worst ever.Parking: Hard to find a parking spot not enough parking spaces and not a really good spot to put a restaurant rude and you get robbed out of money
Unorganized went to dine in and the whole place was a mess food trash and spilled pop all over seats tables took forever to place and get our order
