Fun stop after visiting Bald River Falls. We’ve been looking for a little mom and pop place like this. Generous amt of food for low prices. Get the beach burger and the onion rings!
We stopped here on our way back from visiting Bald River Falls after passing it a week prior and seeing a very full parking lot. We ordered a burger basket and a chicken strips basket. Service was great; the lady at the window was very helpful and answered our questions about menu specifics. Good portions, prices were very reasonable and the food didn't take too long to come out, being cooked to order. Our only issue was that hubby wanted a Beach Burger, but he doesn't...
We saw a long line as we drove by this local place so we knew the food must be good. We turned around to check it out. The prices were very reasonable. For a 3 scoop ice cream it was only $3.25. You would pay more than double that at other locations. They only take cash or check for payment. The location by the river is really beautiful.
