Prices are too high. Almost $3 for a small drink. Saw a male worker walking around with a beard net on and head full of hair and no hair net. So obviously management was more concerned with facial hair in food than hair from employees head. The best part of the meal was the strawberry cream pie. ... but if other places had fried pies I'd probably go elsewhere.

More people on break , than assisting customers. Service was lousy. Good was terrible. Wife and I ordered the Special breakfast meal. Wasn't asked how I wanted my eggs...got served scrambled. Grits were so dry, I ate them with my fork. Overall, food and service was terrible. Been there several times, we will NOT go back !!!

Burger was cold again! I have been there multiple times and the burger is always cold. French fries were warm, but very limp not crunchy looked like they’ve been sitting there for several hours. Service was poor not a may I help you or anything.. Will not be going back after this time

Tried chicken sandwich. Small compared to competitors, but tasty. Fast service at counter, however cashier team member had to interrupt team members conversation at prep table, getting them back to work in kitchen.

I give Jack's a 2 because the only thing good is the milkshakes. The last 3 times we went the chicken was dry and the tenders had more breading than meat!

This place is horrible. Stood 15 minutes at front counter. No one even acknowledged that me and my family were there. The manager even looked me in the eye and did not say a single word. They were not busy only two other people were in the building. 10 am so not early.
