I got the 2-pc. chicken plate & it was delicious! My only issue was one piece of chicken was really spicy hot! It was good, but a bit too hot for my taste & I can take a medium spicy heat. Will definitely get again!

Last time we got food . The mashed potatos was spoiled , the chicken was to hard to eat . Like it was sitting for a long time ! And my kids couldn't eat the French fries from being to hard

I had a big mobile order for my family - When I got there, they told me they hadn’t had a mobile order. I told them my order and they started talking amongst themselves about how someone else had maybe gotten my order. They told them it was the wrong order and then the lady at the window was like - “but it’s in the back.”
When I got home with the order, some of the potatoes had been eaten and there was very little gravy left - someone had been eating our food.

If I could leave a negative 0 I would! My elderly mother went to Jacks today,Jan 12th around 11 ish,only to be treated rude as hell and very disrespectful! She then went inside from the drive-thru to share her grievances and order an apple pie extra upon the wings she did in thw drive-thru. She told the lady up front how rude the black girl was working the drive thru, and they proceed to laugh at my mother! Now had it been me,her daughter, she wouldn't have been laughing at my mom had I been there. NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO MY 79 YR OLD MOTHER...WHERE HAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE THESE DAYS. MY MOTHER IS OWED AN APOLOGY,AS THIS EVENT MADE HER BLOOD PRESSURE GO UP. I TRIED TO CALL FOR ABOUT 3OMINS IN A ROW,BUT NO ANSWER!! MAKE THIS RIGHT JACKS ASAP!!

Stopped by for a milkshake thru the drive thru 3 days in a row, was told to pull forward and wait for it... had to wait 15-20+ mins each time for a single shake when noone else was in line. They simply "forgot to make it.." This used to be my favorite place in town, now..not so much.
