Was told to pull up to a spot to wait for the food, after waiting for 20 minutes I went inside to check on how long it would be and my food was just sitting on the counter. Nobody had any intention on bringing it out to us.

Be ready to park for 10 mins if you go thru drive thru
Workers seem to hate their job and it shows in their service or lack of rather.
Or maybe I’m old and this is the new age way, over pay for under service.

Went into the lobby last night around 7:45 pm. My kids and I stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Just to have someone come from the back, and tell us to use the kiosk. We just left. It wasn't busy and 1 car sitting at the window. It's crazy. The people that work there are rude. And really shouldn't be working in a hospitality job.

Have been going to this McDonald's for months now and have never been impressed. But today was ridiculous. We ordered on the app and pulled up to the mic for the drive-thru. No one said a word and after about 30 seconds, we called hello with no answer. Said hello again and still no answer. We pulled up to the window and were waved at by 2 employees before a 3rd finally came to talk to us. I told her no one answered us and we had an order on the app. She told me they can't take orders at the window (even though that is where they are when they are putting in the order) and we would have to go around and back to the mic. I told her, again, that I ordered on the app and she asked us to park in a parking spot. There were already 3 other cars waiting and not on the timed drive-thru line. I asked her is she wanted the code and she told me it would come up on their screen. We waited 15 minutes for our fast food. The guy came up to the truck, did not say a word before or after giving us our food. On the way home we realized we did not get our drinks. Then we found our cookie box (for the 13 cookies) with a bunch of cookies thrown in like trash. They are the closed McDonald's to us and we will be going elsewhere. They do not care about the customers or their job.

Trenton tn location. went thru the drive thru today for a sweet tea. got one with no ice. was told by the lady at the window she didnt have time to put ice in it. Come on now. yall got to do better than that. McDonald's lost another customer. pitiful.
