Past few weeks not only has their slushee machine been down which is what this establishment is mainly what it's known for but the service is terrible. Ordered two simple sandwiches and was given a huge order that was not mine. Didn't notice till I got home and had to drive all the way back for my meals. When I received my sandwiches both were plain completely..barely any sauce nor lettuce. customer service is poor and It's obvious of the lack of care and management skills for the store overall. Used to be the number one place but this is a huge let down.

Not only did they completely mess up our order they gave us a remake of two completely different versions of our previous order. This place obviously has no type of actual management its rule 1 to check and make sure the customer is getting the right food. Would love to see this place get a whole roster remodel.

Past 3 months their slushy machine hasn't been working this is crazy the main thing they are known for they don't have this sonic is horrible definitely would not recommend at all best to make a longer trip to one anywhere else

Disappointing Experience
Sadly, this place was a big letdown. The young women working looked completely miserable—no smiles, no greetings—just frowns as they handed over the food and walked away.
The food was equally disappointing. The fries were undercooked and dripping with grease, while the chicken tenders were so overcooked they were nearly inedible. They were also out of hamburger meat, which left very limited menu options. To top it off, the corn dog was saturated in oil and just plain unappetizing.
We waited 15 minutes for properly cooked fries, but by the time they brought them out, we were already done eating what little was edible. We also had to ask for basics like napkins and salt. The salt packets we received were clumped together from having been wet at some point—just another example of poor attention to detail.
By far the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited.
Overall, not worth the stop.

I do not eat at this Sonic. They let the children run the place after about 3-4 pm. This place is only good enough to stop at for the drinks!

This Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger is the absolute bomb. I love it. Just the right amount of garlic flavor to send this burger to the top of my ratings for burgers.

Was told that they were not taking orders on Saturday, April 12th about 1:30 pm, so that the carhops could catch up.

I don't know how to rate this sonic. The last 2 times we have been there they haven't had the smash burgers. Plus the prices have gotten crazy 2 number 4s LG tots LG drinks $38.00. CRAZY expensive for a burger joint. When you can get shrimp, steak, and chicken n cheese dip at a Mexican restaurant for 2 people for $34.00. Sonic needs to reevaluate their prices and make sure that all stores have new menu items that are available on their website.
