I was thoroughly impressed by the guy that took my order his name was Ethan or Evan he looked on top of stuff. Never seen anybody make tacos that fast. Him and the guy with the glasses are totally impressive.

I’ve never been in this store without getting promptly waited on! Food was always prepared well. I don’t or haven’t seen any young kids working there. Most are older and respectable and courteous. I disagree with most of these other reviews.
Parking: 4 handicap spots and I have never bothered counting the others, but at least 20 or 25 parking spots available.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is available ramps to enter store. They do have available tables for wheelchair access!
Crunchy tacos were soggy and the paper was stuck to the taco. It smelled bad like it had been in the paper for a week. The drink tasted like it had soap in it. Had to throw everything in garbage.

There were 3 workers standing around and they pointed to the kiosk to make us take our own order. However, a group of boys came in, right after us, and they took their order no problem.

If I could give zero I would. These people are lazy and unprofessional. Kids standing at the counter playing on their phone not willing to help customers. The girl who came up said the lobby is about to close can you get in your car and come Through the drive through. I told her we had a Mobile order she said ok and walked off. They didn't put all of our stuff in there while standing at the counter then said I know we put it all in there and I showed them what we had like we was lying. They need new management and to fire all the lazy kids. I honestly am surprised it's still open the service is horrible.
They basically ignored me so I ordered on my own they didn't even say of greetings of any kind also didn't give me a cup had to reach around counter & get my own terrible service

Online says company is open until 1 am. I get there at 12 and all the lights are out so I called in to see if they were not open until 1am and was told no they closed at 12. Waisted a trip to town to get something to eat after work and couldn’t do that.
In town today for work, and while I have fast food, I love Taco Bell.
The one thing I don't expect at Taco Bell is great service, but today I received it.
I placed my order on the kiosk and as I turned around, a gentleman named Jared asked if I needed a drink cup.
About 5 minutes later he asked for my name because they couldn't find my order.
Not sure what happened on the back end, but Jared and Marcus happily expedited and got me my food, and it was perfect.
