The riblets were good. Also enjoyed the wonton tacos. Friendly wait staff and as much service as we expected. I had not been to Appleby’s for about 6 months. Prices seemed higher. No lunch specials or other deals available.

When you call, they want you to order from a stupid robot. If you desperately try to ask for a representative, it just puts you on hold forever. RIP, I won't much miss Applebees when there are tens of other places here willing to talk to me.

Picked up a salad for lunch. When I got back to work my quesadilla chicken salad of 3/18/25 had no chicken, dressing or pico. Very disappointed.

I had Cajun Berman Street steak a new dish. It was good with garlic. Mashed potatoes and my date had a 12 oz ribeye steak service was good. They were short-handed

I have eaten at this restaurant for a long time. Food is normally decent. I came in on a Thursday to eat. It was around 1:30 and very slow. We were seated at a booth. My mom's water had something black in the glass, and my mom asked kindly for another glass. For some reason, our waitress had an attitude about it. She didn't say I apologize. I will get you another one. She snatched it off the table and took off with it. We ordered a couple of appetizers, the barbecue wings, and the combo one with different appetizers. We substituted the artichoke dip for the queso. Our waitress brought us our appetizers. We had the wrong dip, which she said she would get the correct one. The chips were almost completely crushed, and very few of them. There again, no apologies, just stomp off to get the correct one. The boneless wings were barely luke warm with a hard, crusted coat drowned in bbq sauce. The cheese sticks were barely warm and didn't have any cheese pull. When the waitress came back with the correct dip, I told her the food was barely luke warm. She stomped off again with the appetizer. I asked another lady to get the manager. The manager came over with an attitude. She was condescending telling us she felt the mozerella sticks and they were warm. She took up for the waitress, who was so rude to us. Said she was busy. She had 2 tables she was waiting on and one was leaving. Either the waitress or manager name begins with a K. I know what the name was but won't put in on here. The people who have been there for a long time are the people who normally take care of me, and I have never had a problem. I have never noticed these two before. They were rude, and I will probably never return. The manager took off some money off the ticket, but hardly nothing was eaten, and there again, I didn't want compensation, just a good meal with good customer service. The manager just gave unapologetic. I am sorry, and what do you want attitude.

Plan to wait forever to eat. Got here at 4o'clock just now eating an its 6 o'clock. My order was exactly how it looks, very dry chicken and poor looking. Price of plate was 14.99, I wasn't pleased for what I paid and for the time it took to get.

The service was excellent. Manager, Phillip, was doing everything and treating customers with care. The hostess was also multitasking. The bar tender, Kayla, made excellent drinks, was attentive, and very friendly. We had not been to this Applebees for a while because it seemed to go down hill. This experience will bring us back. Thank you.

This place been great normally. But the last 2 times on my Togo order my ribeye has been overcooked from what I ordered(medium),as well as tough. Should be dbl checked to make sure it's correct Staff and service was still fantastic as always. I should ad that bags are stapled close to keep food hot so it makes it difficult to self check. This hasn't been an issue until now
