Sooo dirty. I lifted up a highchair and it slipped out of my hands from all the greasy all over it. Waited well over 5 minutes in line (we were the only ones there) lady at the counter not once acknowledged us. Very rude. We didn’t get served or acknowledged so we left.

Service was a little slow the day I visited. However, the food was still good.
Good food for decent prices, especially when there are specials, or you have coupons. Be aware though, surprisingly high sodium levels in the sandwiches.

The cashier gave me my order of 6 Greek gyros with no tzatziki ?sauce. 2 napkins for 6 gyros?. Usually the experience is as it should be. This particular visit was a snafu. Horrible. Like I'll consider Rafael's if I want a gyro. Do better Arby's.

If you order nuggets be sure to ask for fresh fries. This is the second time I ordered nuggets and fries. The nuggets are fresh out of the grease and way to hot to eat and the fries have been sitting in the bag waiting for the nuggets to cook. You wait all that time and the nuggets are fresh and the fries are gross. It makes no sense to me. I did the survey last time and everything and the same thing keeps happening.

I generally love Arby's they have a great menu with great prices, however my visit this afternoon wasn't that great, first the girl who took my order was screaming through the speaker, she was rude and hateful when I got to the window I asked a question and was met with hostility, no smile, she was just hateful, I work in fast food and i would never allow one of my employees to act this way towards a paying customer. If she didn't want to be there then she may need to find a different kind of job, the name on my recipe is Sarah in the tullahoma Arby's. This in my opinion is very disrespectful and not the way you treat people.
