I bought the Steak nuggets tonight. They didn't taste bad. But I felt that for the price I was ripped off. I got what I 4 pieces and what I would call 1/2 of a nuggets, it was so small. For over $5 , I could have spent my money elsewhere and got much more!

The food really good, all the employees were very professional and nice. I set in the drive through for 45 minutes, if l wasn't trapped because of the small parking and trapped in the inside lane I would have left like the ones in the outside lane.

The store is nice, Fast service but about the steak bites; They are not steak! They are nasty cut up roast beef chunks! Arby's should be ashamed. Disgusting!

It would be okay, if we got what we ordered. Always something missing! They always forget the au jus. I looked for it, it was in there. But they left out a large curly fry that was paid for.

They don't wait on anyone inside the drive-thru is all that matters. Apparently if you're inside your money is not green. Half the tables were empty but no one inside was getting waited on while six orders went out the window. When I said something about it the lady said they had only weighed them one person apparently she doesn't realize that some of us from the south has the ability to count

The wife and I purchased sandwiches from the Tullahoma Arby’s. Last week we ordered online, a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. We got home to a bag with 2 pulled pork sandwiches. We enjoyed them but the brisket was more expensive. We ordered the same thing online again, hoping they’d get the order right. I advised the kid at the window of the earlier mistake. He said, “OK.” Then he hands the current order out to me. I said, “OK, that’s it?” He said, “Sorry.” I said, how about the refund of what I overpaid last week? He walked away. I said let me speak to the manager. He said, “I am the manager.” Then another young lady stepped up to say they could only give a refund if the GM was there. I couldn’t believe it. If you’re running a business you need to be able to refund customers if you cheat them. Well, look at the quality of the sandwich. How can a restaurant possibly be so inconsistent? Look at how the advertised brisket looks and how the actual sandwich we got looks. Moreover, the entire sandwich weighed 4 1/8 ounce, bun fixings and all. So much for a quarter pound of meat.
Tried the deluxe burger. It was so tough I could barely eat it! The mint chocolate chip shake tastes like medicine.
