Went thru the Drive Thru, order chicken fries and onion rings, nicely done. On the other order a very simple Cheeseburger, ordered nothing on it, just leave it plain. Nope get home, it's smothered in ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles.

We went through the drive through Saturday for a quick bite. We ordered what we wanted, and our server, MJ, put the order in so we got it a little cheaper. When we got to the window he was in a great mood and his customer service was amazing. Food was good, but the service was excellent!

The Burger King in Tullahoma Tn used to be my favorite burgers spot and now for the last atleast 10 months it has completely plummeted. Everything I go my order is ill prepared and wrong. When I say something to management I get disrespected because they messed up. Today I got the Smokehouse whopper which is a good $10 and I ask for no lettuce is all. I get home and not only is there lettuce there is no A1 steak sauce and the tomatoes look like they have already been chewed on. I put BBQ sauce on it and let it go. Needless to say I definitely will not be spending anything with this Burger King.

Ordered churro fries and as told to wait and pull up… I did and I get brought bag to car with literally burned churro fries!!! No one else in line or drive thru no matter Except me hey were to busy talking than watching food cooking! Mind you I pulled up so timer on drive thru stopped and it looked like they were working…. It s ridiculous! Used to be my favorite now I may stop once a month to remind myself how far downhill it has gone!!!!

They never even said, thank you or were appreciative that we warned them Of the fire in the wood chips. Then the Lady that took our order was not friendly. She was rude when we said thank you. She looked at us like we were crazy. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King. Will not come back!!!

Took our granddaughter there after lunch rush and it took awhile to get our food. My wife's burger was barely warm and my whopper was not good especially the toppings. Also no clean tables,we cleaned our own.

The lunch time manager is awesome, he was working his butt off and not just managing he truly deserves a raise. I respect a manager that works alongside his employees. The store itself is awesome they hire handicapped people and are good to them. My five stars is for the business and their day time manager, wish I knew his name

NY burger was really good, properly and evenly dressed as I asked. My partner had to for back for lettuce, as her chicken sandwich only had 3 small pieces on the 6 inch long bun. It was very food except for that.
Terribly ran place, terrible workers who don’t care. I will never eat at this location again… I ordered delivery from the BK app, when I got my food I was missing items. I called the store who kept telling me to contact door dash, I did not order from door dash I ordered from them. I got on the mobile app and submitted a ticket that was never responded to. The store claims they cannot refund for the items I didn’t get because they still claim I never placed the order through them, when I in fact did order through them..
Even when I go through the drive through I ALWAYS have something missing out of my bag and the cooperate office doesn’t care.
I will never spend money with a company who has you pay for items you don’t get and won’t refund.
