I love to visit my old town of Tullahoma. I love the kindness & helpfulness of the employees. Manchester location same. All have been especially kind to my autistic son. Love the place. As a Levite, I just ask corporate to look for ways to keep great tasting foods minus any unhealthy or questionable extras. So much is right about the company. Ty & may God bless.
This used to be a great stop while we shopped in town, today their customer service was severely lacking which was such a surprise. We ordered the new peppermint shake and coffee, waited with several others for over 20mins. I got my fries first and then after we had eaten them, I asked a young man who appeared to be a order runner and possibly manager- he very curtly let me know they were behind with milkshakes. Another 10mins went by and several people were starting to stand by the counter and a manager woman stepped out and yelled at us all that they were working on shake orders and it would be a minute. Then she proceeded to yell at someone to start making shakes. I don’t know if she didn’t think we heard that? It was 1:02 when I got my fries, and it was 1:23 when we got the peppermint shake and coffee, and not together- staggered delivery. Again, the young man was very curt when he brought those out. I hope they can figure out how to manage during a busy season when milkshakes are the featured item! Everything was delicious but the timing and service might need some training or support.

Food is always delicious and the people are always friendly. The chicken is the best in the world. Would definitely recommend this place for people who like nice people and good food.

Prices are really good and low for what you get. The food is genuinely really good and the quality is awesome and with the prices being relatively low! The service is also super fast and incredibly friendly. I got a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich with fries and a drink... little over $9! Everywhere else that's at least a $10-$13.... I absolutely loved everything about the experience and the friendly people there.
