Our friend had No salt on them. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles add american cheese and we had pickles on it without cheese! And I ordered my son 8 piece chicken nuggets and there was only six! I hate to complain because I understand sometimes but for more than 1 thing to be wrong with your order especially when it’s your kids order as well is frustrating.

The floors are VERY slippery. I’ve never had a slower experience at a chick-fil-a. Still the normal amount of 10 plus people walking around behind the counter and it takes over 5 minutes for them to make my shake.

Went thru drive-thru to get kids dinner because that is what they wanted. A little bit of a wait.. but staff nice. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 3 sides. Got home but only had 1 sandwich. Called up.. but the nice had gone. I don't think the young man on the phone believed me, but told me he would put the sandwich in cares book.. and I could pick up in next 30 days. If care was involved, I would have really just liked a sincere apology.. which I never recieved. 2 stars because kids still liked what they did get.

Updated for tonight. Worst fries ever. Oily and soggy. No fork for grilled chicken tenders. The fries cost too much not to be cooked well.

I go to this location at least once a week and get a salad with grilled chicken… all of the salads are high quality and make you feel like you have done something good for yourself. My favorite is the Market Salad but you won’t go wrong with any of them.
We love to come here and eat lunch while the kids play! It’s my kids favorite indoor playground.

After I ordered from Lelia, we watched for approx 10 min while food was delivered to many tables that ordered after me, including to my friends at the same table as me (they also ordered after me). My friend went to ask about my food, and was told they gave my food to someone else and I would have to wait for them to cook mine now. I ordered a chicken sandwich and waffle fries, nothing special or out of the ordinary. This feels like a problem with management. Perhaps new management is all that is needed?

Ever since they opened the 2 line system it has become terrible. They constantly ignore the second row of cars and give people food that are three car lengths back forcing the food to get cold while having to wait for the people ahead to leave. It’s a terrible system in practice, just today at 10:22 I placed my order (messed up and got in right lane) sat there until 10:48 before I was able to leave the building, at that point I didn’t even want what I had ordered. Will not be going back
