Service is always prompt and friendly. HOWEVER. The food simply sucks. I ask for crispy fries, I get limp fries. Even asked 3 times. This is a reoccurring issue. They don't care if the fries are cold and limp. Ordered 2 chili dogs tonight, the chili tasted like it was leftover from the previous night. Took one bite and tossed them. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I think that was my last trip for hot food. The cold items are always on point.

Went through drive thru. Chicken strip basket was great. Toffee caramel cookie blizzard was good, loved the toffee but the Carmel not so much kind of soft squares I think Carmel syrup would have been much better. In general I love there treats
