I have had a generally pleasant experience in purchasing pizzas from this Domino’s in the past. My issue now is that we have made requests that are due to people’s dining restrictions and taste and these requests have not been honored. It’s very hard to tell someone we will be getting them pizza if we can’t guarantee the changes that were made on the app.

Horrible I waited over an hour for some wings. This if ridiculous and I have worked for this place and never been treated so bad. I want a refund for my food. The manager Joseph literally came to the window and yelled at me to pull up that they was backed up, I said yes I know I have been in the line for over 30 mins, as a general manager of my own restaurant I can tell you that if a customer refuses to pull up that is their right. I have never treated my customers that way. Unbelievable. If he can't handle a rush then he is in the wrong position. The wings have little preparation all you have to do is put them in the over for 6 mins and sauce them. And once I finally got my food I didn't receive my sauces with them. This is not ok.

I have always ordered online and never had a problem, I ordered carryout and was going to pick up at the drive through to save a few dollars and time since I was already out. We get there and the man tells us he gave our food to someone else, I was a little annoyed but he said they would remake it and it would take 20 minutes. I said sure and waited, came back and he tells me they never made it, like really?, so I asked for my money back and he gave me attitude. So I will never go order carry-out again.

Wonderful local Domino's Pizza! Always great and the nicest service. I love the drivers and new manager. Great job!
Called in order, arrived 20 minutes later, as directed. Arrived, the pizza wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. Other custoners were backed up at the counter and cars lined up at the pickup window. It seemed staff were overwhelmed, and could use more training and supervision.

Ordered pickup. 24 minutes til ready. Actual ready time 58 minutes. Waited in parking lot 30 minutes. Ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, onions and banana peppers. Arrived home with pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños. And the crust was not completely baked. Threw it away, as I did Domino's phone number. Never again.
I had ordered 2 pizzas in the app and had a 22-30 minute wait time I waited around 30 minutes and pull to the window to be told I have a 20 minute wait time again I asked what happened considering I ordered the pizzas 40 minutes ago at this point and he couldn't tell me just told me to come back in 20 minutes... I wasn't pleased with this visit

Alway get pizza here but this time we order large hand tossed with 3 toppings and half with extra cheese, when we got it it had no cheese and very little topping it was eating mainly bread
