I have had a generally pleasant experience in purchasing pizzas from this Domino’s in the past. My issue now is that we have made requests that are due to people’s dining restrictions and taste and these requests have not been honored. It’s very hard to tell someone we will be getting them pizza if we can’t guarantee the changes that were made on the app.

I have always ordered online and never had a problem, I ordered carryout and was going to pick up at the drive through to save a few dollars and time since I was already out. We get there and the man tells us he gave our food to someone else, I was a little annoyed but he said they would remake it and it would take 20 minutes. I said sure and waited, came back and he tells me they never made it, like really?, so I asked for my money back and he gave me attitude. So I will never...

Called in order, arrived 20 minutes later, as directed. Arrived, the pizza wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. Other custoners were backed up at the counter and cars lined up at the pickup window.
It seemed staff were overwhelmed, and could use more training and supervision.
