Woman who takes orders and cleans dining room is very nice and Helpful. I think her name was Summer. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre and the breadsticks which are the best part were burnt, hard, and just not good. They also for some reason put Alfredo sauce on the lasagna. That's not how it's supposed to be. I think you need a new cook.

In my humble opinion, Fazoli’s in Tullahoma does not get enough credit. I’ve been going there since I was little. In a strange way, it seemed like mine and Granny’s place, like we were the only two people who frequented it. I have so many memories there. From one of Amber’s birthday parties to the one time I accidentally spilled spaghetti in Granny’s lap. Every time I’ve been has been good. Everything is always right and the staff are amazing. I hadn’t been in nearly a year after Granny died, but when I walked in they remembered me like I had been a regular all along, remembering what I always order and how I like it. I never feel guilty or inconvenient with my special request to have my pizza baked twice. It’s been the same staff for many years and going back to this little fast food joint feels a bit like home. I fought back tears on my previous visit as I sat in a booth alone, wising Granny was across from me.
I dont know what inspired me to write a dissertation on the meaning of Fazoli’s, but I just wanted to get it off my chest. And I hope that more people have fond memories of seemingly insignificant places like I do. And to visit Fazoli’s when you get a chance, they’ll make it special for you.
