Woman who takes orders and cleans dining room is very nice and Helpful. I think her name was Summer. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre and the breadsticks which are the best part were burnt, hard, and just not good. They also for some reason put Alfredo sauce on the lasagna. That's not how it's supposed to be. I think you need a new cook.

Great location with friendly staff and reasonable priced. Prompt service. Have stopped there on numerous occasions and always satisfied with the purchase and service. Would recommend for a quick meal. Plenty of parking and shopping nearby.

In my humble opinion, Fazoli’s in Tullahoma does not get enough credit. I’ve been going there since I was little. In a strange way, it seemed like mine and Granny’s place, like we were the only two people who frequented it. I have so many memories there. From one of Amber’s birthday parties to the one time I accidentally spilled spaghetti in Granny’s lap. Every time I’ve been has been good. Everything is always right and the staff are amazing.
