We got chicken biscuits with Swiss cheese. The chicken was over cooked bad and it did not have Swiss cheese on it it was regular cheese not the best

Chris was great. He took our order very professional. The whole time he was making sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. After we had our meal and were seated, Chris came by to make sure we had everything we needed. He also tidied up the dining room while he didn’t have other guests. Thanks to Chris I had a wonderful dinner experience

The manager at this Hardee’s is extremely rude and refused to give me and my husband two 5 piece chicken tenders last night. Very rude and should not be working there. We will never order from here again and if your smart I wouldn’t go there anymore.

Lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy. Whoever is doing the online orders today July 28, 2025 they are just doing whatever it seems. Did an online order I had my son count the biscuits well one was missing which happened to be his biscuit the country fried steak which was the very first biscuit on the receipt. Stuff happens I know so I go back they replace it. Well little did I know they gave us only BEC biscuits that were falling out of the wrappers. We didn’t receive the sausage and egg biscuits nor the chicken biscuit nor the loaded omelette biscuit. So now thanks to Hardee’s the children aren’t eating. I don’t know what’s going on but I should’ve know better than to go back to that place after I already had a problem with them charging my card more than once. I went there on a Saturday for my papa and that Monday they updated the payment yes I have the proof. This Hardee’s isn’t straight at all. If I could I would give a zero star.

Food is always good. The tables and floors were clean. I was not happy that I had to wait to give my order,the guy was filling the orders he had already taken 4 of them . He finally came to the register & took my order. Then we waited 15 minutes before we got our breakfast. This was the Hardee's on Jackson St.
Good food there, friendly staff, fresh cooked and hot food, and very tasty Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which is very mellow in spices 9 out of 10 would recommend
