The service was substandard again at this location. For the second time I stopped in for lunch around 1:30. They took my order promptly but left on the prepared area for at least 10 minutes until I finally interrupted their conversations with each other and ask what the problem was with my burger. This is the second time this has happened. They need to stop all the clowning around and pay attention to serving their customers

On Saturday morning, Feb. 24, the doors were locked. There was no "inside dining allowed"Drive thru ONLY. Which was backed up. Took 22 minutes to finally get my food. I thought these restaurants were finally past the " covid scare" of indoor dining!

The food is awesome. My only issue was with the service. We did an online order and picked up through the drive thru. Items were missing from the order which were not noticed till my husband was already home with the order. He said they were kind of put out with him and were focused on cleaning up more than attending the drive thru. I will say that is was about an hour and a half til closing when we got the order. I understand I have worked fast food so thats why I went with 4 stars . Maybe it had just been a long day.
