A few times in the last month, I've ordered their breakfast at the drive thru. They'll ask if you need jelly and I always tell them strawberry jelly. I pull up to the window and tell them again but they won't put any condiments in the bag. Lately, the biscuits are very hard like they've been sitting for a long time. I'll be going to the other Hardee's from now on. The food is better as well as the customer service.

The staff is very nice. The food is usually good for the most part. However the last couple of times I got hashbrowns they were super hard and hollow on the inside. Not even edible. It was a drive through order so I didn’t know until we got home. I tried calling up there to tell them and can never get anyone on the phone. Now I’m stuck with breakfast this morning that my daughter can’t even eat. Waste of money and time.
