Jersey Mike's Subs

Just came in to grab some sandwiches to go and there were three people working. One new lady and the grill man were nice, but the short lady with a nose ring was so rude! She gave attitudes to everyone and didn’t care about customer service at all. She’d say “what do you want”, never smiled once, rolled her eyes, and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. It was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly the only reason for this review. We haven’t even gotten home yet to try the food but we already know Jersey Mikes sandwiches are good. That’s why I put 3 stars overall…5 for the food and other 2 employees, but negative ones if I could for her.

I just went to pick up 2 subs at Jerseys Mikes and the sign is off (at 7pm) so I called to verify they are open and she said yes so I walk in and she doesn't say hi or welcome she says "yeah, I turned that sign off" ummm ok so she takes my order I say I want a Philly with no onion she slams the meat on the grill and in 2 seconds she pulls it off slams it in the paper and THROWS it at the register. At the time I didn't know it was mine so then after I get the other 1 made, I start to tell her what I want on mine and she says "it's already made' and she points to the 1 she threw at the register I say well I need to add some things to it she then gets loud and says "IF YOU WANTED SOMETHING ON IT, YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT AT THE BEGINNING" She never gave me the chance she was too busy telling me how she turned the sign off because she was ready to go. And its only 7pm so it's not like it's close to closing time. Then she kept trying to argue with me. I promise you, you don't want to do this with me. I literally had to tell her, we are done here I'm done talking about it. If you hate your job this much then go get another one. This is completely unacceptable and yes, I posted this on Facebook and contacted corporate. The sign was off at 7pm but they don't close til 9.

The staff was super nice . Everything was clean, looking nice. Im from texas & I will pick jersey Mike's over subway. I really like jersey Mike's. The food is good. More choices than subway. If you are reading this, your loved ?

slow moving employee as if she was trying to serve as few people as possible. I waited and waited as she bounced the cold cut on and off the slicer in slow motion. never asked me what I wanted so I left. won't be back.

They didn't have jerseys or Mike's would not recommend if you are drunk and wanting a guy named Mike.

So just lastnight my fiancé went in to get my sandwich order for me and was treated very very poorly by a lady crew member there with a nose stud piercing and black and blue colored hair, Told me she was being aggressive with the handling of the food and the interaction of receiving his food. My fiancé has autism and i do not appreciate the service he received.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered online went to pick up noticed when I got back to work one of the subs were missing. We called to let them know the lady said we are out of that item even though they charged me for it. Then she requested that I call back in five minutes because she was too busy to deal with my problem. Last time I will ever visit this location.
