My husband and I came in here twice today for our lunch AND supper because it was that good. We have eaten Jersey Mike's plenty of times before, but Harlan absolutely killed it making our subs just how we wanted with a great personable and happy presence that is very hard to come by nowadays! Every time we go into JM we are met with so much kindness and an employee that cares so much about his job. From keeping the restaurant clean all the way to packaging the food and sending us out the door, I couldn't be more impressed. Jersey mikes and tullahoma is lucky to have you. Harlin provided excellent service, made our sandwiches perfectly, and the overall experience was a 10/10! Food and service here are always very consistent and I will definitely be a regular customer!
