I ordered delivery and they never showed up

My husband and I had never eaten here so we thought we would try it. Not impressed as they only had 2 choices of bread and they are quite pricey. $8 for 8 inches. We wouldn't have minded paying this if it was a big sandwich, however; only 2 pieces of meat, lettuce and tomato. The sandwich was basically all bread. What a joke. We won't be back!

Literally the worst restaurant I've ever eaten before I even found out the food was not any good I stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for one of those girls to take my order the little skinny young girl just looked right at me and walked off.. but the worst was still a short girl with glasses just sit there on the phone arguing yelling and cussing in front of customers what I finally got her attention I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager then I guess that got her attention and then they took my order she had to yell at the younger girl just to make the order and then when I get it it was just throwing together paid way too much money just to go to Jerry Springer

So I went there not too long ago and the service was only way I could put it was sad there was only one girl there that seemed like she knew what she was doing all the pressure was put on her nobody else there knew what to do and she had good customer service she was flawless whoever the owners are they should be ashamed of their self putting all that pressure on one person I probably won't eat there anymore like the food is too expensive the other managers that I have seen are rude all the kids that work there are rude and the food is garbage.. I truly don't see that place lasting much longer

No welcome in, no help on a menu choice when it was told to the cashier what we wanted. The other employees didn't help either. Ordered and got the food then went back to ask questions again and still no help. we were loyal customers when you had the store here the 1st time, but this one has cost you our business.

Yesterday was our first visit to the Tullahoma location and I was impressed! This location has an employee by the name of Ken. I was very impressed with his customer service, hard work and just all around great attitude! Plus, my sandwich perfectly made! I have worked in customer service and these hard working employees make a difference in the success of a new location.

I'm not even going to give this restaurant a score at all one star or not the food's not that great the service sucks and this goes out to the doordashers and Uber Eats that helps this restaurant out we do not get paid anything if an associate decides that we're taking too long and delivers it themselves which just happened to me just a minute ago and I was within and early of my arrival time so as a Dasher or Uber Eats you get a cancellation on your numbers

Received great customer service from two super nice guys working in the Tullahoma store on the evening of 10/13/25. Didn’t catch their names but they deserve recognition!

Walked in Ordered the chicken bacon ranch my sandwich had one piece of bacon a mounds of lettuce virtually no chicken i had to search through the loads of lettuce to find the chicken I told the guy behind the counter he said we can charge you for extra for the price of the sandwich you should be able to see the chicken absolutely will not be a repeat customer to this location

I personally don't like the food. I don't like only 4 kind of chips. Kettle cooked i don't care for. The place it itself was clean and workers were nice. I don't think I'll go back just because I don't like the food. Maybe you will like it better. Also the windows are very dark. At first I thought it was closed.

Slowest Jimmy Johns in existence

I love a good sandwich from Jimmy John’s. When I heard they reopened a Jimmy John’s near Manchester I was excited that I didn’t have to go out of my way to get one. The staff there is great and the sandwich was even better. Also the new Lemon cookie is surprisingly good!

They are just opening so the employees are just not used to the menu and stuff yet but the food was great.

I don't like to leave bad posts but the big girl with the glasses and tattoos at the register doesn't need to be working the register (keep an eye on her). The food and other teammates were great and I tipped for them.

LOVE this location. Was so so excited to hear Tullahoma was getting a Jimmy johns. They did not disappoint! I'd be there everyday getting a sub if my husband let me 😂 service is top tier and every custom order I've placed has been perfect every time.
