Who made the biscuits? Ellie Mae Clampett? I dropped the biscuit on the floor on the way to the trash and it broke. I'm tired of working hard and go for a quick meal to be served garbage like the biscuits. It is not hard to tell they have been held too long and to throw them out and make more!!!! The mac and cheese was too thick and pasty. Shout out to Chic Fil A they deliver quality every time. KFC take notes.

ordered a special 16-piece bucket with a coupon only to find some wings at the bottom were so small you'd need a microscope to see them. Don't waste your time at this KFC, its pretty bad.

I went through the drive thru and order two 4piece chicken fingers meal. I wanted 10 mins in the drive thru then was told to pull around to the pick up spot for food to come out. Then I waited 15 more mins before going in asking if they had forgotten about my order they said we are working on it. I went back to the car 5 mins later a lady came out handed me the food as I tried to ask the lady a question she just walked off not thinking and aggravated for the long wait I went back to work. Once I pulled the food out I wanted to throw up the chicken was like rubber and two different colors it was not hot I could tell it had been siting in a warmer for a long time and the sides were incorrect. I went back to KFC and asked for fresh food or was all the chicken this way . I expressed to the cashier that if all the chicken looked and was this way I prefer a refund unless they could makes fresh hot chicken tenders the guy responded back with a let me check. I already knew it wouldn't be any better has he spoke to another employee he reached in the warmer and brought me two chicken tenders that I didn't even have to touch or look at for long to see all the issues with the chicken it was red meat and slimy and cold and I told him absolutely not I want money back the manger Brittany never came over to talk or assist as the manger she stayed in the conner and listened from the window witch i felt was very unprofessional as a manger to not help with the issues or resolve it.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered 3 famous bowl meals, 2 pcs meal, boneless strips meal and 7 pcs meal deal for $20. I paid for what I thought I ordered. I got home to find out I got everything meal wise and only 7 pcs of chicken. I called the local KFC and ask her why I only got 7 pcs and not side. She began to say “well what did you order, it should be on your receipt “ while I searched for receipt, she began to read off what was on the receipt. What she said was that they gave me what I paid for. I said wait I’m confused. I ordered a 7 pcs chicken with 2 lg sides and 4 biscuits for $20. Why are you saying I only was charged $10 for the 7 pcs meal. When I tried to ask a question she rudely cut me off and began to repeat her self. I told her I ordered a 7 pcs and ask to get dark meat instead of any white meat. She then says did you say you wanted the one with the side or just the chicken. I said well it wasn’t on your menu as with or without sides, also the lady that took my order did not ask if I wanted the one with or without sides. Then I ask “ how would I know that yall have 3 7 pcs options, on account of no one ask if I wanted the sides. How can yall expect me to know that you offer it if I’m not ask if I want it or not”. The lady I was on the phone with never apologized for not explaining everything so that I knew my options so I can actually get what I wanted. Now my kids don’t have sides with their meal because no one ask me if I wanted side or not, they just assumed I didn’t want it and run a hundred miles with it. This KFC need to hire people that will inform the customer of what’s offered to insure they customer is happy, and gets what they want! I am beyond upset with them!

Ordered online was told to pick up at 340 pm I got there at 345 I stood at the counter for another 7 minutes listening to the workers cut up in the cooking area didn’t know I was in the building. I cleared my throat 1,2amd the 3rd time the girl came to the counter and told me chicken would not be ready for another 14 plus minutes. I said why would I get told to pick it up at 340? Shrugged her shoulders went back to my car to wait I’m still here at 410 not ready yet.

First let’s start workers are working with no gloves, they are touching computers etc along with food, 2nd workers are scooping mashed potatoes out with the plastic lid they use to put on your “sides” 3rd the food we got the mashed potatoes still had powder in them and the chicken was soggy

I would have given it a no star if I could have my husband and I came through the drive through and I wanted a big box the assistant manager told us he couldn’t make it for us because they would have to make the chicken. My husband started recording the conversation because he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t appreciate the service and he is not fit to be the assistant manager or a manager at all. Very disappointed.

just went there for a bucket of chicken and left with a heart filled of joy after meeting the manger Gonzalo he was such a sweet and kind soul did whatever needed to be done to make sure i left happy and satisfied!! raise well deserved!
