My chicken notchos was inedible due to the food being covered in jalapeños and the menu said nothing about that being in the food.

The culinary offerings, in my estimation, were satisfactory. Our visit occurred on a Sunday. While the establishment experienced a notable volume of patrons, it was not as high as their typical Sunday attendance. Ordinarily, Sundays are characterized by a full capacity. However, this particular Sunday coincided with the Super Bowl, which likely contributed to the reduced patronage. Regrettably, there was an error in my husband's order, and another member of our party also received an incorrect order. Furthermore, a requested additional item for my order was not provided. While these issues were not significant, they suggest a potential correlation between increased business volume and order inaccuracies. Additionally, our seating location at the front of the establishment resulted in drafts of cold air entering each time the door opened. For those seeking to avoid cold temperatures during the winter months, I recommend requesting seating in the rear of the premises.

If you've had Mexican food and this is supposed to be authentic is she came out hot with flavor there food is blan and cold no flavor can't even get nachos with toppings to taste good .

The food was delicious but I ordered takeout and the rations on cheese was diabolical. Also for a small cup of cheese dip, it cost me almost $10. Mind you, I got the cheesy chicken with rice and the cheese came on the side.

We absolutely love El Costal! You can tell they take pride in their restaurant; the dining room and restrooms are always spotless. The food is consistently fantastic—always served hot, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. To top it all off, the employees are incredibly courteous and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. A 5-star experience every time!

First driving into the parking lot my sons manny and Keith got cat called by some of your workers. Then we sit down and order and the waiter was rude. We got our food and it looked like someone spit in it and smelled of feces. I called my husband Asher Nelson and my father in law Ernie chappell to come and sort this out and they got hit by one of yalls trucks coming in! Never coming back again. LLJS
