It was our first time there and the atmosphere was lovely but our food was very disappointing. My husband ordered Filet and I ordered Prime Rib. The Filet was over cooked and the Prime was undercooked. The manager did come to our table and ask us what we thought and we told her what I'm saying here. We.may try again but we will order v something different.

The food was delicious. The spinach and artichoke dip (I forgot to take a picture) with the toast, was hands down the best spinach and artichoke dip I have ever had. Our server Angel was great, she was very attentive and did her best to make sure we were happy with our meal.

Been here a couple times now and food is great, they offer on the bill to check out, which I have used before. We'll we went there a couple nights ago, ate, paid on app and was chased out door to be accused of not giving server my card. I had to pull up proof of payment. Shouldn't you have a better monitoring system of payment on app if you are offering this? Was a bit embarrassing having someone yell you didn't pay when I clearly did! Anyway, food is good. As for the owner reply, I only use these apps offered on the receipt as to not have to wait to pay. Is that not what they are for? I use them everywhere and never had this issue. I also reviewed my receipt and yes it was the wrong one and yes was a price difference but no not under on our side. We had steak tips chicken picatta a diet coke and a tea and salad upgrade for 1 dollar, I paid for 2 lollipop pork chops Mac and cheese salad and couple drinks. Totaled more then our original bill. I understand ya'll watch out for each other, that's fantastic! But again making your customers feel like THEY did something wrong is definitely not good customer service! Your apology was very onside and not very customer friendly. To bad... I really like your place.

Allow me to list what I love about my experience: 1. As soon as I walked up to the bar, I was greeted immediately, given the menus, and informed of the specials. 2. They have excellent choices on their menu and make sure you ask if there are any 'unlisted' items. 3. I was very satisfied with all of my selections which were delicious! Take my word for it...your visit to One22 West will not be a disappointment unless you're a hard one to satisfy. Enjoy!!

Had the prime rib dinner and it was tough and chewy. The butter for the baked potato was like watered down. We haven't been there in awhile and it hasn't changed any. We left at 5:30 and the place was not busy. When it was really good there would be people waiting for a table. Don't think we'll be going back!!!

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve have ever been to. The service staff is excellent as well as Anita, the hostess. All of their proteins are locally sourced and it shows in the taste and quality of the steaks, chicken and chops. Each dish was cooked perfectly. Definitely would highly recommend!

This was our first time trying this restaurant and it was really good. My husband and I each ordered steak and they came out perfect. They informed us that they cut their own steaks and are locally sourced. The drinks were made well and came out fast. Our server gave us recommendations and let us know all about the menu. The cheesecake is also made in house and was delicious. Will definitely be going back

Good local food smack dab in the middle of Tullahoma. Service is good but comes down to speed. You are looking around 20-30 minutes for waiting for food so don't expect fast but what it lacks in speed makes up for in quality of food.

I was really impressed! I couldn't believe they had such an excellent vegetarian menu. They respected my service dog and treated it professionally. The food was amazing and they were extremely accommodating to my diet restrictions!
If you want a regular restaurant that has good food or someone with their excellent vegetarian experience this will be the place to go.
